In this role, you will act as the primary customer interface responsible for the development of business, and management of relationships, with a specific customer or customers in Energy sector. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and coordinating Building Information Models focused on wet utilities systems including water supply, drainage, and sewage infrastructure. Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Affluent Banking & Wealth Management to support the development and execution of the bank's affluent wealth growth strategy. The successful candidate will analyze client portfolios, identify investment opportunities, support the implementation of new wealth products, advisory capabilities, digital wealth platforms, and customer journeys to drive Assets Under Management (AUM) growth and enhance client engagement. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in Affluent Banking, Wealth Management, Investment Products, Client Analytics, Digital Banking, Business Analysis, and Banking Transformation. The role requires close collaboration with Wealth Management, Retail Banking, Investments, Product, Digital, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver strategic transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities1. Client & Market Analytics Analyze affluent client portfolios, investment holdings, deposit balances, and client behavior. Identify high-value investment opportunities and underserved client segments. Support client segmentation, persona development, and target market strategies. Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify growth opportunities. Provide analytical insights to support strategic business decisions.2. Product & Proposition Development Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for wealth management initiatives. Support the design and enhancement of investment products and advisory services. Identify product and service capability gaps. Assist in defining target-state wealth propositions and customer value propositions. Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and process documentation.3. Wealth Advisory & Relationship Manager (RM) Enablement Support the development of Relationship Manager productivity frameworks. Identify training and enablement requirements for Relationship Managers.4. Digital Wealth Platform & Customer Journey Analyze existing customer journeys across affluent banking channels. Collaborate with Digital Banking and Technology teams to enhance customer experience.5. Stakeholder Management & Business Analysis Gather and document business requirements from business stakeholders. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and requirement gathering sessions. Support solution design, implementation, testing, and business acceptance activities. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technology solutions.6.
