Develop courses and participate in curriculum and program development. Meet instructional and advising responsibilities under university policies and procedures. Participate in scholarly and research activities that enhance professional development and contribute to the discipline. Serve on department, college, and university committees as appropriate. Provide professional services to the university and community.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>PhD or equivalent in a relevant field. Recognized authority in the subject area with research and scholarship achievements. Evidence of research potential, including potential to publish in leading journals. Evidence of teaching ability using varied delivery techniques. Ability to develop curricula and assessment techniques and deliver teaching programs effectively. Understanding of equal opportunity issues in teaching, continuous professional development, interpersonal skills, and program planning ability.<br><br>Benefits<br><br>Three-year renewable contract.
