Job Description – Design Engineer (Ground Improvement) Position: Design Engineer – Ground Improvement Experience: Minimum 5 Years Industry: Geotechnical / Ground Improvement / Foundation Engineering Job Summary:We are seeking a qualified and experienced Design Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the design of ground improvement works. Optimize designs to achieve technical and commercial efficiency. Ensure designs comply with international codes, standards, and project specifications. Assist in preparing technical proposals and tender submissions. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering is an advantage). Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the design of ground improvement works. Strong understanding of soil mechanics and geotechnical engineering principles. Experience in using geotechnical design software such as PLAXIS, Geo Studio, Settle3, or equivalent. Proficiency in Auto CAD and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of international design standards and codes. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Preferred Experience:Experience working with international ground improvement contractors. Familiarity with Middle East projects and standards is an advantage.
