• Develop creative architectural concepts, layouts, and design proposals for new and ongoing projects.

• Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed design drawings.

• Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements, project goals, and functional needs.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, landscape, etc.) to integrate design solutions.

• Ensure designs meet local regulations, building codes, and project standards.

• Review and refine drawings based on feedback from clients, consultants, and management.

• Produce detailed architectural drawings, material specifications, schedules, and design documentation.

• Stay updated with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and interior design.

• Support the preparation of project submissions to authorities.

• Maintain accuracy, creativity, and quality throughout all design phases.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design (GCC experience an advantage).

• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.

• Exceptional creativity with a strong design portfolio.

• Good understanding of building codes, materials, and modern design practices.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.

• Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines.

• Attention to detail and strong visualization skills.
