Supports HSEQ department's change initiatives to ensure alignment with QatarEnergy HSE policies, senior management expectations and QatarEnergy strategic business objectives.</p><br> <br><strong>Required Experience and Skills</strong><br><p>• Post-graduate business qualification would be an added advantage.<br>• Professional international certification in HSE would be an added advantage (e.g.: NEBOSH IGC, Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or equivalent).<br>• Knowledge of HSE practices.<br>• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.<br>• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively across teams.<br>• General understanding of business process improvement programs (e.g.:<br>Lean, Six Sigma, or similar).<br>• High computer literacy and proficiency in systems data analysis and management. Including knowledge of visualization / reporting tools (e.g. Power BI).<br>• Excellent analytical skills.<br>• Excellent report writing skills.<br>• Excellent verbal and written command of English, knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.<br>• Experience in general HSE management would be an advantage.<br>• Knowledgeable in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical related industries or similar would be an advantage.<br>• Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools.<br>• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.<br>• Organized with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.<br>• Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.<br>• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.<br>• Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts.<br>• Change management certification or similar designation would be an added advantage.<br>• Min 3 years of change management experience.<br>• Leadership experience would be an added advantage, depending on the seniority of the position.<br>• Knowledge and understanding of the discipline, methodology, and practices of change management.<br>• Demonstrated track record of managing and leading organizational transformations.</p><br> <br><strong>Educational Qualifications</strong><br><p>Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change Management, Human Resources, Business, or related discipline is required.</p><br> </div>
