The role serves as the first point of contact for guests and plays a key part in delivering excellent customer service.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Meet and greet guests at the airport upon arrival and assist with luggage and transportation arrangements. Coordinate with the hotel’s front office or transportation team regarding guest arrival and departure times. Ensure accurate and timely guest pick-up and drop-off services. Maintain up-to-date flight information and communicate any changes or delays to the concerned departments. Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures when required. Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the property and local area, and ensure a warm welcome experience. Coordinate with drivers, travel agents, and other service providers for smooth airport transfers. Maintain accurate records of guest arrivals, departures, and transportation requests. Handle any guest complaints or issues professionally and report them promptly to management. Represent the company/hotel brand positively at all times.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Qualifications & Skills:<br><br>Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is preferred. Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality, tourism, or airline industry). Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Customer-service-oriented and professional appearance. Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset). <p><b>Job Purpose</b>: To help establish and maintain lines of communication between Company and the external organizational facilities. Perform various administrative and legal activities for company and individuals.</p><p><br></p><p><b>Duties:</b></p><p>· MOI: establishment cards and RPs issuance and renewal; cars inspection and renewal; civil defense certificate issuance and renewal, company’s registration as supplier.</p><p>· MOCI: companies’ establishment; paperwork renewal and amendments; commercial agencies processing.</p><p>· MOL: process renewal of permanent/temporary labor approvals, issue and renew work permits, process employment transfer and its related formalities, update company's data with the Ministry and periodically Company’s records.</p><p>· MOPH: issue and renew brokers and agents of pharmaceutical factories and companies’ registration certificates; renew health cards.</p><p>· MOF: issue, register and renew classification certificates.</p><p>· MOFA: legal and commercial documents and agencies authentications.</p><p>· MOJ: power of attorneys and sale contracts issuance and authentication; perform amendments to company’s AoA.</p><p>· Perform tasks with Company’s banks as directed by Finance Department.</p><p>· Gates passes issuance and renewal.</p><p>· Be up to date with any changes or amendments to the existing laws / rules / regulations, changes in forms /formats and other procedures and keep the Line Manager and Management informed of such changes.</p><p>· Handle the periodic maintenance of Management and corporate cars, ensuring all vehicles comply with local regulations and standards.</p><p>· Assist employees with personal requests related to the scope of work.</p><p>· Have good relations and network of contacts in all the government departments to support work.</p><p>· Possess good knowledge of all Qatari, Immigration and Labor Laws and be able to work independently and meeting deadlines.
