Job Purpose<br>The Group Legal Director (General Counsel) will serve as the principal legal adviser to the Board and Executive Management, leading all legal, governance, compliance, disputes, and regulatory matters across the Group's international energy operations. EPC Legal Counsel Role Purpose The Legal Counsel will support the Legal team on the full lifecycle of large-scale contracts underpinning the company's EPC construction projects ( from drafting through negotiation, execution, and issue resolution ) working closely with commercial, project management, and procurement teams.
