Overview<br><br>Element has an opportunity for a Machinist to join our rapidly expanding team. As a member of the operations team, the Machining position performs a variety of routine and non-routine machining assignments within the department assigned and insures timely and accurate test results under direct supervision. <span>We are seeking an experienced HSE Coordinator to support Health, Safety, and Environmental activities for Oil & Gas operations in the Eastern Province.<br> The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring HSE activities, ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco and project HSE requirements, and promoting a strong safety culture across operational sites.<br> Candidates with experience in both Rig/Drilling and Non-Rig Oil & Gas environments are encouraged to apply.<br> Key Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and project safety requirements.<br> Ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco HSE standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations.<br> Conduct regular HSE inspections, audits, and site safety assessments.<br> Identify unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.<br> Monitor and support the implementation of Permit to Work (PTW), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and risk assessment processes.<br> Participate in incident and accident investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action follow-up.<br> Prepare and maintain HSE reports, inspection reports, incident reports, and safety performance records.<br> Coordinate and conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, HSE awareness sessions, and safety training programs.<br> Organize and participate in emergency response drills and ensure personnel are familiar with emergency procedures.<br> Monitor the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other HSE-critical equipment.<br> Participate in safety meetings and communicate HSE alerts, lessons learned, and safety initiatives to employees.<br> Follow up on observations, audit findings, and non-conformances to ensure timely closure of corrective actions.<br> Promote a proactive safety culture and encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions.<br> Coordinate with project management, supervisors, contractors, and client representatives on HSE-related matters.<br> Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, spill prevention, and other environmental protection requirements.<br> Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline.<br> Minimum 5+ years of HSE experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Energy, Construction, Drilling, or Industrial projects.<br> Previous experience working on Saudi Aramco projects is highly preferred.<br> Saudi Aramco RTS approval/experience will be an added advantage.<br> Experience in Rig/Drilling operations or Non-Rig Oil & Gas operations will be considered.<br> Strong knowledge of Saudi Aramco HSE requirements, standards, and procedures.<br> Good understanding of PTW, JSA, Risk Assessment, HAZID, Incident Investigation, and Emergency Response.<br> Experience conducting HSE inspections, audits, toolbox talks, safety meetings, and training programs.<br> NEBOSH IGC certification is highly preferred.<br> Additional certifications such as IOSH, OSHA, ISO 45001, First Aid, H2S, Confined Space, or Fire Safety will be advantageous.<br> Strong reporting, documentation, communication, and coordination skills.<br> Ability to work independently in field and operational environments.<br> Good command of English, both written and spoken.<br></span> </div>

<li>Ensure that all works undertaken by CONTRACTOR / sub- CONTRACTORS / Vendors / Manufacturers/ Service providers / TPIA is in accordance with project specifications, the Shell DEPs, QP corporate standards, international codes and standards, and Contract QA/QC requirements.</li>
<li>Ensuring that the approved project QA/QC documents are appropriately undertaken at the work sites level that include but not limited to Quality plans, Quality Control procedures, Quality Control plans, ITPs and inspection checklists...etc.</li>
<li>Leading and maintaining the QC inspectors' teamwork approach to work at fabrication, site construction, and offshore installation quality control activities with all concern parties.</li>
<li>Monitoring the main Contractor/Vendor's implementation of the approved Quality requirements and addressing any deficiencies. Also, Control of the Quality of main TPI/ contractor/vendor's inspection personnel's work activities on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Acting as focal point for the resolution of shop / site related Quality Control issues in consultation with Sr. Quality Engineer and QHSE Head.</li>
<li>Control and follow-up of Contractor/Vendor's Technical deviations, material substitutions, changes to inspection and test requirements at shop/ sites/ installations.</li>
<li>Control and follow-up of Non-conformance Reports and ensure the implementation of the Corrective Action Requested and the preventive action proposed.</li>
<li>Ensure that the Contractor / Vendor prepares, manages proper inspection & test records, and compiles test packs & dossiers for submission to QP.</li>
<li>Report on the status of all the above on daily basis to Sr. Quality Engineer.</li>

<li>A minimum of fifteen (15) years' experience as QA/QC coordinator / client rep, leading QC multidiscipline inspectors' team, for inspection & testing activities for oil and gas offshore process platforms / subsea pipeline, including all phases of manufacturing, fabrication, construction, and offshore installation / laying.</li>
<li>Additionally, to the experience and knowledge of related activities to offshore processes such as Sour services, Cladded Piping and Corrosion Resistance Alloy "CRA" pipeline, welding, NDT, repair works, painting, coating, internal lining, Monel sheathing etc.</li>
<li>Sc. degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering from recognized Engineering faculty.</li>
<li>A valid CSWIP 3.2.1 or AWS Sr. welding Inspection Certificate (SCWI) and at least two-year post-certification experience</li>
<li>B Gas Grade 1or NACE level II qualified.</li>
<li>NDT level II in RT, UT, PT& MT/ NDT qualifications in the relevant NDT methods shall be as per QP-STD-R-008-1.</li>
<li>Certified QMS Lead Auditor in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and having at least two years' post training experience.</li>

<p>Contribute to the review, update and enhancements of ER policies and procedures of Nakilat. Perform day to day employee relations services, in accordance with the applicable policies and procedures.
