The Property Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, maintenance, tenant services, and overall upkeep of assigned properties under the group.<br>The role ensures that properties are maintained to high standards of cleanliness, safety, functionality, and service quality while supporting optimal occupancy and tenant satisfaction. The position plays a key supervisory role in coordinating property operations, monitoring maintenance activities, supervising service providers and support staff, and ensuring timely resolution of tenant requests and operational issues.<br>The Property Supervisor works closely with the Property Manager and other departments to ensure smooth property operations, effective cost control, regulatory compliance, and consistent service delivery.<br>Key Duties and Responsibilities<br>Property Operations and Maintenance Supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Legal, Regulatory & Risk Framework Responsibilities Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal policy requirements. Support AML, CTF, sanctions, fraud prevention, and data protection frameworks. Adhere to the Three Lines of Defence risk management model. Support operational risk management, incident reporting, and remediation processes. Complete mandatory training and maintain required professional competence. Ensure fair customer outcomes in accordance with conduct risk policies. Other Responsibilities Maintain the highest standards of data protection and confidentiality. Perform any additional duties assigned by management from time to time. <br><br>Education And Experience Requirements<br><br>Bachelor degree University graduate preferably with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study),At least 8 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank. Awareness of branch customer relationship practices and regulations.
