Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the hotel's revenue and occupancy targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities across corporate, government, leisure, airline, and travel trade segments. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, key accounts, travel agencies, and corporate partners. Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections. Perform other duties assigned by the Director of Sales or General Manager. Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience role. Experience in a hotel is preferred. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales and revenue targets. Experience handling corporate accounts, government business, travel agencies, and group bookings. <p>Initiate and gain approval for work permits to facilitate the execution of assigned tasks in compliance with COMPANY safety requirements. Conduct toolbox meeting to discuss scheduled work activities and ensure correct tools and safety equipment are available prior to commencement of work. Keep informed of technological developments in your area of responsibility to identify and recommend opportunities for increased effectiveness and/or cost reduction. Work closely with SAS suppliers and keep up to date with the latest development in control and instrumentation systems. Review inputs for development of group operating budget ensuring adequate provision has been made for the funding of all anticipated activities. Monitor performance against approved levels to ensure effective cost control. Ensure that the technical Documentation of SAS are current. Continuously monitor and optimize the work process and execution. Training of new and/or trainee Engineers to ensure that they are equipped with the necessary skills to independently perform their tasks. Exchange knowledge with colleague Engineers.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Bachelor's Engineering degree in in Instrumentation / Electronics discipline (12+4 years)</p><p>Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience in Industrial Control Systems in Petrochemical or Fertilizer industries.</p><p>Hands-on Maintenance and Troubleshooting experience of industrial automation system such as DCS/ESD Control systems, Turbo Machinery Control and Protection Systems, Cyber Security guidelines and networking etc.</p><p>Engineer and Supervisor shall have knowledge of and ability to communicate effectively in written English and spoken English and to write business or technical reports effectively in English language.</p><p>Technicians shall have working level proficiency of Read, Write, speak and Understand competency in English language.</p>

Your Role:Verify and ensure all deliveries are supported with Good Receiving Notes (GRN), purchase orders and other order documentation required. Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming goods and supplies, verifying their quality and quantity against purchase orders or delivery notes. Organize and maintain an efficient and systematic storage system for easy retrieval and stock rotation, following the FIFO method. Maintain a copy of all orders and receiving documentation, showing the scheduled delivery dates and GRN number on file. Ensure that all invoices and delivery orders of goods received are properly stamped and recorded in the Daily Receiving Summary. Daily Receiving Summary contains all the invoices posted on the day. To ensure that all goods are put away correctly and neatly and that all areas are cleaned according to the cleaning schedule. Organize and maintain an efficient and systematic storage system for easy retrieval and stock rotation, following the FIFO method. Perform periodic stock audits to reconcile physical stock levels with system records. Analyze inventory trends and usage patterns to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying costs. To undertake monthly stock takes of the inventory storerooms and other areas as directed. To issue items to departments as per the approved requisitions. To ensure items are replenished as per the PAR stocks on regular basis. To Assist the F&B Controller in the monthly Food and Beverage inventory not limited to beverage store but outlets as well. Identify and report any damaged or defective items and coordinate with relevant teams for replacements or returns. To undertake cross-training in other areas of accounts to enable career development and to cover during emergencies, sickness and vacations. To attend all training courses as and when required. To collect signatures from departments representatives upon giving out received items. To have complete knowledge and command over all the products in storage.
