We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist with proven GCC market experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) and FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing key accounts, increasing revenue, and strengthening client relationships across retail, HORECA, B2B, and corporate channels. The candidate must possess strong market knowledge of the GCC region, excellent communication skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.<br>Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the F&B / FMCG market. Corporate Communications and Content Specialist<br>Role Summary Gulf Organisation for Research & Development (GORD) is seeking an experienced and versatile Corporate Communications and Content Specialist to join its Marketing & Communications Department in Doha. The role will support a wide range of corporate and strategic communication activities across GORD and its various programs, centers and initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with the Marketing & Communications Director, senior management, technical teams and external stakeholders to transform complex information into clear, accurate and engaging communications.<br>This is a role for someone who combines strong writing and research skills with excellent organization, judgment and project ownership. Success in the position means being able to understand subjects quickly, retrieve and organize information effectively, manage multiple communication projects simultaneously, and consistently deliver high-quality materials with minimal supervision. We are seeking an experienced Director – Concessions & Project Finance to lead the development, structuring, financing, and management of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying investment opportunities, negotiating concession agreements, securing project financing, and managing stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and management of infrastructure and energy concession projects. Structure, negotiate, and manage concession agreements, PPP contracts, PPA agreements, and related project documents. Lead project finance activities, including financial modeling, debt/equity structuring, lender engagement, and financial close. Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities in the energy and infrastructure sectors. Coordinate with government entities, investors, lenders, advisors, and project stakeholders. Manage project development activities from inception through financial close and operations. Conduct commercial, financial, and risk assessments for new projects. Support strategic growth initiatives and portfolio expansion. Requirements Minimum 15 years of experience in the development and management of energy and infrastructure assets, including concessions and PPP projects. Proven experience with Concession Agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA), BOT/BOOT models, and PPP structures. Strong Project Finance background with a successful track record in arranging and closing project financing transactions. Master's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. Excellent commercial, financial, and negotiation skills. Job Purpose:<br>To plan, coordinate, and support safe and cost-effective well intervention activities to optimize oil and gas production and injection.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Prepare well intervention programs for slickline, coiled tubing, pumping, and other well intervention activities. Coordinate well intervention operations with Production, Petroleum Engineering, offshore teams, and contractors. Ensure all activities comply with HSE policies, procedures, and ALARP requirements. Plan personnel, equipment, and materials required for offshore operations. Coordinate the mobilization and shipment of equipment and materials to offshore locations. Monitor offshore operations and ensure activities are carried out according to approved programs. Review daily operational reports and monitor Non-Productive Time (NPT). Manage and monitor well intervention-related contracts and contractor performance. Assess operational risks and ensure appropriate mitigation and contingency measures are in place. Participate in operational and coordination meetings as required. Capture and document lessons learned and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Maintain accurate well intervention programs, reports, and documentation. Provide feedback on contractor performance and support service quality reviews.<br>Qualifications and Experience:<br>Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 15 years of oil & gas experience, with at least 3 years of offshore experience. Strong knowledge of well intervention operations, including Slickline, Coiled Tubing, pumping, and well treatments. Good knowledge of well completion and workover equipment. Experience in equipment planning, mobilization, and offshore logistics. Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Fluent in English. IWCF Level 4 certification preferred/required.
