This is a full-time role for a seasoned household professional who takes pride in flawless standards, anticipates needs before they arise, and runs a home with the discipline of a well-managed operation. The role Oversee the smooth daily running of the residence and uphold the highest standards of presentation, comfort and service Recruit, train, schedule and supervise household staff (housekeepers, drivers, chef, nanny, gardeners) Manage household budgets, petty cash, accounts and supplier payments, and keep clear records Coordinate maintenance, contractors and service contracts; oversee repairs and renovations Plan and manage private events, dinners and family functions Handle procurement, inventory and household supplies Coordinate family travel, diaries, logistics and appointments as required Maintain strict confidentiality, security and discretion at all times You bring Proven experience as a House Manager / Estate Manager / Head of Household in a private high-net-worth residence or 5-star hospitality environment Experienced in European / international fine-household standards of service and etiquette Fluent English; an additional European language (French, German, Italian, etc.) a strong advantage Outstanding organisational, leadership and staff-management skills Impeccable, verifiable references and a calm, solutions-focused manner Valid passport and willingness to be based in Doha On offer Competitive tax-free salary, commensurate with experience Accommodation, transport, medical insurance and annual flights A long-term, stable position with a respectful, professional family
