<p>Direct commissioning activities across all project phases to ensure safe, efficient and compliant delivery of engineering, pre-commissioning, commissioning, startup and operational handover. Review and evaluate contractor commissioning strategies, procedures, technical reports, execution methodologies and commissioning deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations and LNG requirements. Determine and implement commissioning priorities, execution strategies and resource requirements to support achievement of project milestones and operational readiness objectives. Coordinate commissioning interfaces between Engineering, Construction, Systems Completions, Operations, contractors, vendors and specialist service providers to ensure effective project execution. Oversees alcohol supply and inventory operations, ensures alcohol inventory/variance reports and Aloha sales tracking are accurate, ensures after event reports are accomplished, enforces safety, quality and performance standards. Shall provide set up and breakdown of Government furnished equipment such as tables, chairs, music system, ice chests, stages, etc. Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, sanitary, healthy, presentable, professional atmosphere, free of dust, clutter and trash in all working facilities and areas. Responsible for maintaining a comprehensive, flexible, and properly documented training program. Responsible for proper utilization and safeguarding of all government and contractor provided property (e.g., to include government facilities, equipment and tools). Responsible for precise execution of company time reporting procedures and accurate completion of timesheet.
