<p>Develop efficient cost services and provide expert advice on cost accounting, allocation, planning and control issues to ensure effective processes are utilized throughout the project life cycle. Review and evaluate assumptions and cost plan data to ensure cost center owners and project management are fully appraised on cost governance requirements and the project complies with approved budget. Identify opportunities to standardize cost and expenditure processes and procedures recommending solutions for cost issues to ensure compliance and project objectives are achieved.
