<p>Develop efficient cost services and provide expert advice on cost estimating, forecasting, accounting, allocation, planning, reporting and control issues to ensure effective processes are utilized throughout the project life cycle. Review and evaluate assumptions and cost plan data to ensure cost centre owners and project management are fully appraised on cost governance requirements, and the project complies with approved budget. Provide financial input into Funding Packages submittits such as Advance Commitments, Full Funding, Supplementary Funding whenever required and recommend budget transfers to ensure that all necessary funding is provided, and Project Cost at Completion is aligned with the approved budgets. Develop and maintain a cost and man-hours information database, benchmarking data to provide support for estimating requirements as required. <p>Lead civil & structure engineering discipline activities and contribute to the project department strategy and goals. Lead technical activities through interactions with the project owner, shareholder, facilities owner, contractors, vendors, consultants. <p>Promote and uphold safety, health, environmental and worker welfare standards across all construction execution activities, embedding a strong safety culture and ensuring visible demonstration of safety leadership. <p>Supervises the contractor personnel activities of all services contracts; Office waiter, Office cleaning, and Laundry services, and ensures that the services are provided effectively in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contracts.</p><p>Processes in SAP - Purchase Requisitions to procure non-standard furniture items, prepare technical evaluation report for the PRs, provide Materials Departments with clarifications in response to their queries and coordinates with Suppliers for delivery.</p><p>Raise Release Orders and Service Entry Sheets for materials, Services & Contracts as per the schedule and requests in accordance with the budget availability.</p><p>Verifies the invoices issued by the contractors for accuracy, time Sheets and supporting statements related to Cleaning, Office Waiters, Laundry service contracts prior to forwarding for approval by the Supervisor.</p><p>Provides clarifications and justifications if required in case the billed amounts are high on certain occasions. <p>Coordinate, develop and implement Industrial Hygiene Program (IHP) on led Major Projects both Onshore and Offshore, ensuring compliance with relevant occupational health and Industrial Hygiene standards, government laws and internationally recognized standards. Conduct Health Risk Assessment (HRA) to assess exposure to the workforce in alignment to IHP of Company HSEQ IH section. Provide insights and present findings related to the Health Risk Assessment (HRA) and Industrial Hygiene Program while participating in meetings with the various division teams to communicate risk priorities and effective solutions. Develop the Project Start up Exposure Assessment Strategy (EAS) for each project based on HRA outcomes, identifies equipment and consumables required, organize quotes and prepares documentation to obtain items to support the program and further handover the same to operating asset. Design, implement and evaluate monitoring strategies for personal exposure assessment as part of the EAS in onshore, offshore and offsites locations, to determine (qualitative) and quantify exposure risk for different Similar Exposure Groups (SEGs). Identify, analyses, and plan control measures for workplace health issues relating to project startup and implement monitoring and control strategies for unacceptable exposures to prevent or minimize health risks. Collaborate with Medical Department to ensure solutions for health issues to include medical monitoring where appropriate. Ensure effective implementation of IHP in led Major Projects for both Onshore and Offshore that involve conducting audit/inspection programs to identify gaps in conformance to the IHP and to determine level of compliance. Establish engineering and non-engineering control measures (work practices and/or personal protective equipment) as applicable and verify/evaluate the suitability of selected controls to reduce unacceptable exposure risk.
