<p>Develop efficient cost services and provide expert advice on cost estimating, forecasting, accounting, allocation, planning, reporting and control issues to ensure effective processes are utilized throughout the project life cycle. <p>Coordinate, develop and implement Industrial Hygiene Program (IHP) on led Major Projects both Onshore and Offshore, ensuring compliance with relevant occupational health and Industrial Hygiene standards, government laws and internationally recognized standards. Conduct Health Risk Assessment (HRA) to assess exposure to the workforce in alignment to IHP of Company HSEQ IH section. Collaborate with Medical Department to ensure solutions for health issues to include medical monitoring where appropriate. Ensure effective implementation of IHP in led Major Projects for both Onshore and Offshore that involve conducting audit/inspection programs to identify gaps in conformance to the IHP and to determine level of compliance. <p>Lead implementation of the Project Quality Plan and provide oversight of the Contractor's Project Quality Management System and procedures to ensure purchased materials and equipment comply with project specifications.
