Initiates material procurement for fabrication aids. Initiate RFQ for work to be subcontracted. Review drawings for constructability. Initiate assembly checklist for all major construction milestones. Leads WCR review and confirmation of WT before lifts, loadout, weighing. Manages all coordination for loadout preparation and weighing. Carries out coordination with Marine and Fab Team for installation aids, sea fastening and offshore lift rigging. Carries out coordination with CSE Department and Marine Warranty Surveyor. Publishes CSE deliverable list with required dates. Chairs CSE coordination meeting. Provide yard layout input with regards to layout, stack, and loadout dates.<br>Tasks and Responsibilities – General Understands the full contractual scope of work, contract type and milestone schedules. Participates in development of project fabrication execution plan to meet contract requirements most productively. Develops a work pack index and sets priorities and ROS dates for deliverables. Prepare project specific task listing. At commencement of the project participate in fabrication kick-off meeting. Forecast fabrication requirements (deliverable inputs) to meet the project contract schedule. Coordinates with MTO, warehouse, drafting teams to issue work packs. Review and understand manhour estimate. Ensure estimates are correct. Provide feedback to the estimation department where required. Issues work packs and follows up all activities for work pack execution. Carries out progress reporting on the project. Reviews weekly fabrication progress reports for progress and productivity. Acts on anomalies. Responsible for documenting all scopes of work changes (change orders) and coordinating AFC estimate updates. Reviews input deliverable forecast dates (material & drawings) and advises impact to fabrication schedule. Appraises Senior Production Engineer or Fabrication Operations Engineer of any project issues which affect the forecasted progress, productivity, and schedule commitments. Prepare technical queries/correspondence to be issued to the client. Provides field guidance to meet project specifications, schedule, and targets. Participates and provides feedback on regular sites and look ahead meetings. Coordinates with subcontractors for completion of work. Raises variance orders to capture extra works not part of AFC estimates. Identify items requiring support from the construction engineering team. Coordinates and follows up to get required input. Must ensure compliance with HSE, Quality and Ethics policy and attached roles and responsibilities<br><br>Tasks and Responsibilities To set and apply standards of SAFETY, ETHICS and QUALITY to comply with procedures and take action/s where Procedures and policy are not met and rectify/report immediately. To be capable of communicating fluently with Crew, Foremen, Superintendent and all others with whom he liaises. Be capable of reading and understanding drawings, project specifications and procedures. and be capable of taking the correct remedial actions. (Wherever Applicable). To be conversant with the specific standards applicable to the project / area of work. To be capable of looking four weeks ahead in planning of work for the project utilize the project current plan for planning for future work. Provide his Foremen with drawings, WPS and information require to do the work efficiently, productively and safely. Interface with the production engineer to ensure material is available for the planned work. <li>القدرة على التخطيط للمشروع على مدى أربعة أسابيع قادمة واستخدام الخطة الحالية للمشروع للتخطيط للأعمال المستقبلية.</li>
<li>تزويد رؤسائه بالرسومات وWPS والمعلومات اللازمة لأداء العمل بكفاءة وإنتاجية وبالسلامة.</li>

<li>الاستفادة من الخطة العامة للمشروع/المنطقة ومواعيد الإنجاز ومخططات الموقع لفهم الصورة الشاملة للمشروع أو منطقته.</li>
<li>إطلاع عام وفهم اكتمال المشروع بما في ذلك منهاج البناء وتسلسلات التصنيع ومواعيد الإنجاز.</li>
<li>تقدير الموارد اللازمة للأعمال المخطط لها في المستقبل (القوى البشرية، المعدات، إلخ).</li>
<li>القدرة على عقد اجتماعات مع من هم تحت إشرافه بشكل منظم.</li>

<br><br>ملخص ووظيفة الهدف <br><p>بصفته خبير موضوع (SME)، يوفر رئيس عمالة التثبيت [ورشة ومشروع - التثبيت واللوجستيات الحركة] القدرة التقنية والتكنولوجية لحل مشكلات هندسة الإنتاج والتخطيط من أجل قيادة فرق العمل ومراقبة عملية الإنتاج لتخطيط مناولة المواد، الحركة وتنسيق أنظمة الأنابيب ومكوناتها بين ورش العمل. يتم العمل وفق معيار عالي الجودة وقابل للتدقيق يتوافق مع نطاق العمل العقدي والمتطلبات التنظيمية والقوانين وإجراءات النظام الإداري المتكامل (IMS)، ومعايير التصميم، ومدخلات مسح الموقع، ومواصفات إجراءات اللحام (WPS)، ومدخلات الإجهاد وبيانات الموردين. هذا العمل ومرؤوسوه يقومون بنقل وتحريك آمن للمواد لأنظمة الأنابيب بين الورش والمشاريع.</p><br>
<br><br>المسؤوليات <br><p><u><b>المسؤوليات الأساسية:</b></u><br>
1. التخصص في أنشطة الرفع والتثبيت الحرج بما في ذلك ترتيب خدمة الرافعة والمحرّف.<br>
2. المسؤول عن جميع لوجستيات ورشة الأنابيب والأنابيب الموجودة على السفينة مثل حركة الأنابيب والمواد.<br>
3. يقود فريق تثبيت يضمن أن الأحمال آمنة ومرفوعة وفق معايير السلامة في الساحة<br>
4. يتنسيق مع مشغل الرافعة لضمان عدم انقطاع جداول العمل. جميع عمليات الرفع بالرافعة يجب أن تضمن وجود المواد في الموقع قبل بدء العمل.<br>
5. التنسيق لتشغيل المحرّف لنقل الأنابيب.<br>
6. التنسيق مع مهندس الإنتاج (القائم بالعمل) لإرسال الأنابيب للطلاء (التفجير/الدهان/ال galvanized)<br>
7. التنسيق مع قسم النقل لترتيب النقل لأعمال الساحة الخارجية مثل الت galvanized وخدمة العوامة.<br>
8. تطبيق معرفة واسعة بممارسات الهندسة لحل التحديات الإدارية المرتبطة بالإنتاج لتحقيق عملية الإنتاج بأكثر الطرق فاعلية وكفاءة وتوفيرًا للتكاليف. <br>
9. المسؤول عن قياس وتكامل الموارد المادية والبشرية والمالية عند الوصول إلى مستويات كفاءة عالية بأقل تكلفة ممكنة وفي سعي نحو تحسين مستمر. رصد استهلاك العمالة اليومية للمشروعات وتقديم تقرير للمدير. رصد استهلاك ساعات العمل اليومية للمشروعات وتحديث مدير القسم لأي اختلال. تخطيط وتخصيص العمالة وفق نطاق عمل السفينة. متابعة دقيقة لتخصيص العمالة اليومية (WHA). يُعرض احتياجات عمالة إضافية إلى مدير القسم لتخصيصها <br>
10. مراجعة تعليمات عمل قسم الأنابيب (WI)، وتقييم المخاطر (RA) لتغطية جميع أنشطة الأنابيب. المتابعة الدقيقة للمشرفين على المشروع بخصوص وثائق السفينة (SI/Technical Query Report/Work Completion Form/Lesson learnt & Project Postmortem) بعد إنجاز السفن.</p><br>

12. إعداد تصاريح العمل وتقييمات المخاطر الملائمة لتحديد والسيطرة والتخفيف من مخاطر مكان العمل.<br>
13. مراجعة وتحديث تقييمات مخاطر القسم والجوانب والتأثيرات البيئية وفق أحدث الممارسات الآمنة والحصول على موافقة من مدير الأنابيب.<br>
14. تطبيق الرياضيات والإحصاء لنمذجة أنظمة الإنتاج أثناء عملية اتخاذ القرار.<br>
15. تصميم وتنفيذ وتحسين المنتجات والخدمات والعمليات والأنظمة مع مراعاة أي قيود وخصوصيات محلية سواء للمورد أو المشتري أو البدائل أو معلومات جديدة ناشئة.<br>
16. تطبيق المعرفة المناسبة لتصميم أو إعادة تصميم أو تحسين وظيفة المنتج والخدمة. قيادة وتنفيذ تحسينات العمليات لتقليل ساعات التجميع وتكاليف البناء.<br>
17. تطبيق مفاهيم وتقنيات الجودة عبر عملية الإنتاج ونظامه وتنفيذ معايير تنظيمية للسيطرة والتدقيق.<br>

دبلوم ميكانيكا، أو خبرة عملية معادلة والتأهل ك supervisor تثبيت في الحوض الجاف والمشاريع البحرية والبرية.</p><br>

خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 8 سنوات رئيس في تثبيت ورفع في الحوض الجاف. (على الأقل 3 سنوات خبرة كقائم بأعمال رئيس تثبيت).</p><br>
