The role combines office administration, front-office coordination, support to the Managing Director, and selected marketing activities. Coordinate with agencies, suppliers, and internal teams for marketing-related activities.<br><br>What You Need To Succeed<br><br>Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administration, office coordination, business support, or marketing support. Previous experience in a corporate or multinational environment is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic. Good proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
