There will be a requirement for some regional travel.<br><br>Your Key Responsibilities<br><br>As a Senior Manager you will be a core part of the senior management team within Forensic & Integrity Services MENA. You will focus on the growth of the business within the MENA region. This will involve client and opportunity identification and ensuring these translate into revenue.<br><br>To this end you will develop and lead relationships with large corporate accounts and establish a strong revenue, build a market leading team capable of providing board level strategic advice and winning large transformation engagements that leverage the wider competencies of EY and raise EY's profile in the forensics area.<br><br>Specifically, you will need to:<br><br>Forensic investigations: Lead corruption, fraud, and forensic investigations including multi-jurisdictional matters, applying analytics to accelerate evidence identification and quantify losses. Financial analysis: Analyse company accounts, financial data, and large transactional datasets to identify indicators of high risk, red flags, fraud, misstatement, or irregularities. Anti-corruption & fraud prevention: Advise on data-driven monitoring analytics in the context of fraud and anti-bribery frameworks, performance and efficiency improvement and cost saving opportunities. Policies, processes & controls: Review internal controls, data integrity, and governance; recommend enhancements to strengthen fraud and compliance posture. Forensic reporting: Prepare defensible forensic reports with robust evidence review, chain of custody, and analytics documentation suitable for litigation and regulatory use. Cyber incident response (working knowledge): Understand the cyber incident response lifecycle and its intersection with fraud and financial crime. Support clients on cyber-enabled fraud incidents using analytics on logs, transactions, and endpoint data to reconstruct events and quantify impact. Collaborate with cyber/DFIR specialists to translate technical findings into business and regulatory impact. Business development: Deliver on sales targets, build a forensic data analytics pipeline, and contribute to propositions and thought leadership.<br><br>To qualify for the role, you must have<br><br>Strong academic record including a degree Related professional qualification and / or certification(s) The ability to travel nationally and internationally for extended periods and at short notice The ability to simultaneously handle diverse and pressing assignments and sensitive and adversarial situations A forensic mindset with critical thinking capabilities and high attention to detail<br><br>Ideally, you’ll also have<br><br>Arabic speaking, reading and writing capabilities Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for large-scale data analysis and investigation. <p><b>Job Description </b>: Parsons is seeking a Deputy Project Director / Associate Director to support the Project Director in the successful delivery of the Site Supervision Consultancy Services for a luxury hospitality and entertainment development in Qatar. The development is a state-of-the-art entertainment hub, set to attract millions of visitors annually with its immersive experiences and diverse attractions. The Deputy Project Director will oversee the day-to-day management and coordination of construction supervision activities across the Theme Park, Entertainment, Retail, Hospitality, Residential, and associated development packages. The role will ensure effective supervision of construction works, contract administration, quality assurance, HSE compliance, testing & commissioning, and handover activities while maintaining close coordination between the Client, Contractor, designers, operators, authorities, and other project stakeholders. Working closely with the Project Director, the Deputy Project Director will lead multidisciplinary site supervision teams and support the achievement of the Client's objectives related to quality, schedule, safety, contractual compliance, and successful project delivery. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the Project Director in managing the overall delivery of the Site Supervision Consultancy Services. Lead the day-to-day supervision and coordination of the Theme Park, Entertainment, Hospitality, Retail, Residential, and associated development packages. Manage multidisciplinary site supervision teams, including Resident Engineers, discipline engineers, inspectors, and specialist consultants. Coordinate construction activities with the Contractor, designers, specialist suppliers, operators, utility providers, and statutory authorities. Monitor construction progress, contractor performance, quality, HSE compliance, and contract obligations across all assigned work packages. Coordinate the review of shop drawings, material submittents, method statements, RFIs, inspection requests, technical queries, and other construction submissions. Oversee construction inspections, testing & commissioning activities, authority inspections, snagging, de-snagging, and handover processes. Support contract administration activities, including site instructions, variations, payment certifications, contractual correspondence, and claims evaluation. Coordinate project reporting, construction progress updates, executive dashboards, action tracking, and issue resolution. Monitor NCRs, quality observations, corrective actions, and contractor compliance with approved quality management procedures. Support the implementation of project quality management, HSE requirements, risk management, document control, and construction supervision procedures. Assist the Project Director in resolving technical, contractual, commercial, construction, and stakeholder issues. Act on behalf of the Project Director during periods of absence, as delegated. </p><p><br></p><p><b>EDUCATION & SPECIFIC ROLE REQUIREMENTS:</b> Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Theme Park Engineering, or related discipline. Professional certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred. Minimum 15 years of experience in Construction Supervision, Resident Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management. Demonstrated experience delivering major theme parks, entertainment destinations, integrated resorts, luxury hospitality developments, or mixed-use projects. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary construction supervision teams throughout the construction lifecycle. Experience with complex attractions, themed environments, specialist ride systems, or destination entertainment projects is highly desirable. Experience in contract administration under FIDIC or similar forms of contract is preferred. GCC experience is preferred. </p><p><br></p><p><b>SKILLS/COMPETENCIES</b>: Comprehensive knowledge of construction supervision, contract administration, and site delivery for theme parks, entertainment, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, quality assurance, HSE requirements, testing & commissioning, handover, and Defects Liability Period activities. Extensive knowledge of multidisciplinary coordination involving contractors, designers, specialist attraction vendors, operators, authorities, and utility providers. Strong understanding of construction planning, contractor performance monitoring, quality management, risk management, construction sequencing, and project reporting. Proven ability to coordinate multiple construction work packages while maintaining compliance with contractual requirements, project schedules, quality standards, and safety objectives. <p>The Executive Chef is responsible for all food production in Spuntino Restaurant, Duchess Tea Lounge, Loulou Plage, The Bar, In-Room Dining and the Employee Restaurant. The Executive Chef is also responsible for the Stewarding department to ensure highest cleaning practices are in place at all times.</p>
<p>The Executive Chef will develop menus, food purchase specifications and recipes. Supervise the kitchen and stewarding teams. Develop and monitor food and labor budget for the department. Maintain highest professional food quality and sanitation standards at all times.</p>
<h4>Essential functions:</h4>

<li>Plan menus for all food outlets in the Resort.</li>
