Role Purpose Lead the design and implementation of a transparent and enterprise-wide Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) framework across the bank, ensuring alignment betweenbusiness strategy, balance sheet management, risk appetite, and performancemeasurement. Monitor drilling parameters, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot issues to optimize drilling performance. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a strong focus on safety in all drilling activities. Collaborate closely with the drilling team, including assistant drillers, derrickhands, and roughnecks, to ensure smooth and efficient rig operations. Complete daily drilling reports and maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance and safety incidents. Ensure that equipment is properly maintained and report any maintenance requirements promptly. Assist in training and mentoring junior members of the drilling team.<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>Experience of 3+years as a Driller with mandatory experience in 3000HP and above in deep drilling land rig operations. High school diploma or equivalent. Additional technical or vocational training in drilling operations is preferred. Experience in operating and maintaining 3000 HP drilling equipment. A strong commitment to safety and the ability to lead by example. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions in high-pressure situations. Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with the drilling team. Mechanical aptitude and a good understanding of drilling equipment.
