<span><br>POSITION SUMMARY<br>This position that focuses on supporting the day-to-day activities in Housekeeping, and Laundry, if applicable. Position works with employees to clean and maintain guestrooms and public space. Completes inspections and holds people accountable for corrective action. Position assists in ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.<br>Managing Housekeeping Operations and Budgets<br>Ensures knowledge and understanding of OSHA regulations are up to date.<br>Oversees all lost and found procedures.<br>Obtains list of rooms to be cleaned immediately and list of prospective check-outs or discharges to prepare work assignments. <br>Inventories stock to ensure adequate supplies.<br>Ensures guest room status is communicated to the Front Desk in a timely and efficient manner.<br>Works effectively with the Engineering department on guest room maintenance needs.<br>Understands and complies with loss prevention policies and procedures.<br>Ensures all employees have proper supplies, equipment and uniforms.<br>Assists in supervising an effective inspection program for all guestrooms and public space.<br>Manages linen inventory and guest supplies and assists in the ordering of supplies as necessary.<br>Supervises Housekeeping and all related areas in the absence of the Director of Services or Housekeeping Manager.<br>Observes service behaviors of employees and provides feedback to individuals; continuously strives to improve service performance.<br>Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service<br>Handles guest problems and complaints seeking assistance from supervisor as necessary.<br>Assists in the review of comment cards and guest satisfaction results with employees.<br>Sets a positive example for guest relations.<br>Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating and coaching employees. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address guests’ service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others; listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Move, lift, carry, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 55 pounds without assistance and in excess of 55 pounds with assistance. Ability to push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and other work-related machinery over sloping and uneven surfaces. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for an extended period across an entire work shift. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). <li>Manage all construction activities pertaining to the assigned scope of works (Process) for the Onplot from participation in detailed engineering through to construction activities at Site to hand over to the Completion Team in accordance with the Completion Sequence.</li>
<li>Ensure close control of the schedule and key Project and Progress Milestones</li>

<li>Review and approve Construction Execution and related procedures, specifications, deliverables and progress reporting prepared by the contractor.</li>
<li>Undertake complex tasks and acts as a source of guidance to the team and stakeholders by bring solutions and provide support but not generate "micro-management" or unnecessary works to the team and/or the contractor.</li>
<li>Identify problems quickly and determine root causes and develop plans to mitigate or resolve them.</li>
<li>Utilize a systematic approach to problem solving that ensures accuracy, timeliness and quality of documentation that supports the resolution.</li>
<li>Bring technical and execution solutions that favour a safe, but flawless construction execution and transition to commissioning activities.</li>
<li>Organize and drive efforts of the team and stakeholders to achieve Project objectives.</li>
<li>Work effectively within established procedures and participate in all important meetings and workshops (e.g., weekly and monthly meetings, 3D Model reviews, Constructability, Traffic and Completion Reviews).</li>
<li>Guide construction efforts of 5-10,000 workers during construction activities at sites work in a large fully integrated but complex project environment in which the incumbent strives to achieve best in class Safety, Health, Environmental & Security performances by creating a culture that encourages everyone to perform their best every day on every task.</li>
<li>Ensure knowledge sharing by capturing and communicating lessons learned to support review teams and future projects.</li>

<li>Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering.</li>
<li>12 years' experience with Large Projects in Construction-related disciplines (e.g. construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 3 years of management level experience in Construction-related disciplines, engineering, or project management with overall responsibility for an execution.</li>
<li>Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.</li>
<li>Broad and extensive knowledge of design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria related to major fabrication, transport, installation, brownfield execution, and hook-up, as applicable to the project scope.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of execution methods and risks associated with sour gas and LNG production facilities.</li>
<li>Experience working in large scale operating organizations in Operations, Projects,</li>
<li>Proven track record of Project delivery in the industry and managing contractors and sub-contractors.</li>
<li>Excellent track record in construction safety results.</li>
<li>Proven experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodology and systems completion management and associated databases.</li>
<li>Requires to be inventive on construction execution and methods, bring experience from other large and complex projects, in particular LNG Plants.</li>
