You will be the single owner of our search infrastructure, working at the intersection of relevance engineering, UX, and business performance to ensure customers find exactly what they're looking for, every time.

???? What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Own the Search product end-to-end — define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Snoonu's shared search service, used across all verticals (food, grocery, retail, and beyond). Define and track search KPIs — own metrics such as zero-result rate, click-through rate, search-to-order conversion, and query abandonment; use them to diagnose issues and prioritize the roadmap. Manage the search platform — oversee index architecture, faceting strategy, personalization features, and API integrations; coordinate with engineering on ingestion pipelines and real-time catalog syncs. Translate business needs into search logic — work with commercial and ops teams to support merchandising, promotions, and vendor-boosting use cases within the relevance framework.
