<br></span><p>The Senior Document Controller is responsible to oversee and manage the organization, distribution, and tracking of documents within a project or organization. They are responsible for ensuring that all documents are accurately recorded, stored, and accessible to authorized personnel as needed. Additionally, Senior Document Controllers may supervise a team of document control staff, develop document control procedures, and liaise with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with document management requirements. Their primary goal is to facilitate efficient document workflows, maintain data integrity, and support effective communication and collaboration among project teams. </p><br>

<br><p>Supervise document control activities and ensuring compliance with document management procedures and standards.</p><br>
<p>Oversee the organization, categorization, and filing of documents to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility.</p><br>
<p>Manage document distribution processes, including receiving, reviewing, and disseminating incoming and outgoing documents to appropriate recipients.</p><br>
<p>Track document revisions, updates, and approvals, and maintaining accurate records of document history and status.</p><br>
<p>Develop and implement document control procedures, workflows, and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.</p><br>
<p>Train and mentor document control staff on document management processes, software systems, and compliance requirements.</p><br>
<p>Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to coordinate document-related activities and address any issues or concerns.</p><br>
<p>Conduct regular audits and quality checks of document management systems to ensure data integrity, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to organizational standards.</p><br>
<p>Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to users of document management software systems.</p><br>
<p>Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing document control processes, systems, and tools to meet evolving project or organizational needs.</p><br>

Overview<br><br>This position is physically located in Qatar in support of LOGCAP*** <br><br>Has full authority and responsibility for the overall effective management and allocation of the personnel and resources necessary to meet all contract specifications involving Installation Logistics Supply, Maintenance, Transportation, Central Receiving Shipping Point, Installation Property Management, Installation Transportation, Transportation Motor Pool, Full Food Service, Retail and Bulk Fuel, Shuttle Bus services, USAMMC-SWA, Bottle Water and Ice in direct support of the USG Directorate of Logistics (DOL) mission program requirements, along with appropriate coordination of Program Department Managers. Interfaces with local US Government representatives as the primary Vectrus point of contact for all Installation Logistics requirements. Directly responsible for the day-to-day management, supervision, and performance of all Installation Logistics operations; administration; support; configuration control; property management; computerized maintenance management system; TMDE; facilities; fleet management. Works closely with the Government Director of Logistics and subordinate staff and organizations across USG DOL to ensure proper coordination and communication occurs to enhance overall mission accomplishment. Works with other LCV Senior Leaders to ensure successful completion of LCV contract operations. <p>The Power Gen Supervisor is the primary supervisor for the maintenance, repair, installation and operation of electrical power generation equipment, water distribution systems, aircraft arresting systems, low and high voltage electrical distribution systems, devices, airfield lighting systems, exterior light systems, interior lighting and electrical systems and associated equipment. Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).</p><p>Principal Accountabilities</p><p>Performs CSC Inspections on containers as needed. Performs quality inspections before, during and after maintenance. Completes quality documents as required. Assigns work assignments to subordinates. Completes and quality checks maintenance records and documentation as required. Provides technical assistance, training and OJT. Documents the training and OJT. Provides supervision in operation, maintenance, inspection, testing, repairing, reconstitution and storage of electrical generating equipment, water distribution systems, flood lights, air compressors, aircraft arresting systems, low and high voltage electrical distribution systems, devices, airfield lighting systems, exterior lighting systems, interior lighting and electrical systems associated with the GPMS Program. Interprets electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints and maintenance malfunction data to analyze malfunctions. Uses various test equipment, load banks and other diagnostic equipment as required by technical data to operate, maintain, inspect, test, repair and reconstitute GPMS assets. Prepares GPMS assets/equipment for air/sea/road haul shipments in accordance with Technical Orders, Manuals, Checklists, Regulations and Unit Type Code (UTC) Configuration listings. Prepares and completes required documentation to include: DoD, USAF Supply/Maintenance, Amentum and associated forms. As well as updates to historical records. Operates Material handling equipment as required. Inspects Hazardous Materials within the assigned work center and coordinates with the appropriate office for the disposal of HAZMAT when required. Performs other tasks and duties as directed by Amentum/USAF tasking. May be required to assist in other departments when directed or requested to accomplish a specific task of project. Performs other skilled or unskilled jobs as directed by the Superintendent. Performs Temporary Duty (TDY) in the Area of Operations as required by USAF/Amentum tasking. Conforms to Amentum/USAF safety, hazardous material and quality standards.
