<span><b>Job Description – Tender Specialist</b><br><br></span><p>The Tender Specialist is responsible for managing and coordinating the end-to-end tendering process, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant submission of tender documents. <p>Provides mobile, roving, and static unarmed community order support services. Duties include roving (foot), mobile (vehicle), and static patrols. Role includes providing first response; recording incidents; and providing specialized unarmed community order support (COS) services and unarmed protection/safety services. <p>Manage project deliverables and coordinate with authorities and stakeholders to achieve project goals. Support planning, definition of project objectives, and development of methods to deliver them, in line with client, contract, and corporate requirements. Lead stakeholder and authority coordination, resolving conflicting requirements to keep approvals and activities on track. Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and report progress, milestones, and risks (cost/schedule) to senior management. Prepare handover-related reports, manuals, and guidelines as required by the client. Support the Construction Supervision team as PMC representative overseeing contract handovers. Review technical designs, provide comments, and ensure timely review of all consultant/contractor submissions. We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with Hyperscale data centre experience to join our team based in Qatar. This role will work closely with the Country Operations Manager.<br>Responsibilities Collaborating with other senior management to formulate a strategy. Mentor and motivate teams to achieve productivity and engagement. Able to understand the design of electrical and HVAC systems for data centres. Concurrent maintainability design for electrical & HVAC systems Carry out shop drawing reviews/approvals. Material selection reviews/approvals To review designs for data center MEP systems To review MEP schematics both for build drawings Carry out site surveys To liaise with all contractors/sub-contractors and ensure that all drawings are issued with all required information. To check and approve technical submittals/shop drawings with respect to technical design & end user requirements Study tender/design documents and understand client/customer requirements from the agreed contracts Formulate technical response with assistance and guidance from other departments as required Prepare and participate in the review of technical responses to the highest standards of accuracy, presentation, and punctuality in accordance with company standards and client requirements. The role assists in coordinating project activities, maintaining project documentation, supporting governance and reporting, and ensuring effective communication between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring multiple Digital Transformation and AI projects. Track project schedules, milestones, action items, and deliverables. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, and follow up on action items. Coordinates schedules, rooms, instructors, information sessions, applications and lab placements for student research programs (PM and Med) and the National Training Programs. Supports recruitment, hiring, orientation and placement process as required for different training groups. Liaises with the communications team on press releases, social media, and community engagement for research training. Gathers and organizes data for training metrics, preparing simple charts, reports, and workflows as directed. Coordinate external program delivery across partner institutions (e.g., HMC, Sidra, QU, PHC, EC). Distributes program documents and facilitates research training goals by meeting stakeholders and spreading awareness within the local community. Provides support to interns, students, volunteers, and trainees and assists in the evaluation process as required. Assists with developing, enhancing or testing systems used for research training.
