The Engineering Logistics Portal (ELP) Operator will be responsible for the management of all Typhoon repairable assets which have failed at Forward and require tasking via the ELP process.<br><br>The post holder will supervise of all assets as they pass through the Quality Gate, Engineering Tasking and Repair Scheduling. Directly interfacing with the Part M engineer, Repairs Inventory Planner and Part M Repair Scheduler.<br><br>Core Activities<br><br>Completion of activities – Ensure all ML2/ML4 activities and transactions are appropriately documented and maintained on the IMS system. Support daily activities including facilitation, deputation and management of reviews where necessary. Provide effective demand management for all ML2/ML4 activities by meeting delivery targets, monitoring and reviewing performance against contractual KPI’s . Ensure any shortfalls are identified, resolved or escalated where necessary. Support the team, and compile appropriate reporting mechanisms to identify any issues, resolve or escalate as appropriate. They will also be responsible for the facilitation, deputation and management of reviews where necessary. Ensure that department procedures and processes are in place and adopted to ensure safe working. Management and maintenance of effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Liaison with (and provide specialist advice and guidance to) inventory planning, procurement, engineering, finance and line/bay maintenance in order to overcome supply and demand problems, liaison also extends to service providers and partners. Mentoring the QEAF staff as they join the MOB Organisation from the Qatar Technical Institute in repair activities. Ensure all ML2/ML4 assets routed through the Engineering Portal for Engineering Quality Checks and Repair Scheduling. All repairs carried out to meet DF&P requirement. Interface with the Store’s supervisor and controller, Part M engineer, Repairs Inventory Planner and Part M Repair Scheduler. Hold regular Repair Reviews to ensure that items are delivered back to the internal customers in line with these requirements. The post holder will be required to use performance data and metrication to highlight successes and potential issues to senior management. Ensure both internal and external customers receive the level of service expected of business KPIs; specifically the QEAF Typhoon Fleet receives what they need on time and to the highest quality. Support the analysis and interpretation of Supply Chain data to identify repetitive problems and inform appropriate stakeholders. Where appropriate, support the implementation of any corrective action.<br><br>Key Accountabilities<br><br>Performance Indicators – Provide effective asset management by meeting business objectives and delivering targets, monitoring progress to ensure trends are identified and enacted upon to reduce impact on continuing airworthiness or contractual KPIs. Resolve problems where necessary and escalate issues to the Supply Chain Operations Manager as appropriate. Completion of activities – Ensure all asset management activities and transactions are appropriately documented and maintained on the IMS system. Procedure/Standards – Ensure the team are compliant with the QEAF CAME/ 145 MOE, and their associated Safety Management System – Understand and apply human factors, error management, risk and safety management, within Part M and 145 Maintenance areas. Compliance & Assurance – Ensure demand management activities are compliant with the Part M procedures, in conjunction with the Part 145 Maintenance Governance and Assurance framework. Support any audits and respond to any findings in a timely manner. Statutory / Regulatory & Legislation requirements – Able to demonstrate a detailed understanding and application of the Continuing Airworthiness Regulatory Framework and ensure the organisation is advised of any changes; ensure compliance with all other requirements, e.g. ITAR/WOME. Must understand constraints and lead times associated with ML2/ML4 activity and the importance of prioritisation. Job Content</strong></p><br> <p><strong>Role Objective: </strong>To provide architectural engineering support for the successful delivery of Design & Build interior fit-out projects by reviewing designs, monitoring construction activities, inspecting architectural works, coordinating technical interfaces, ensuring compliance with contract requirements, and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety and workmanship throughout the project lifecycle.</p><br> <p><strong>4.1 </strong><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p><br> <ul><li>Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, method statements and technical submissions for compliance with project specifications, Company standards.</li><li>Inspect and monitor all architectural and interior fit-out works including partitions, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, doors, glazing, joinery, furniture, decorative finishes and specialist architectural elements. </li><li>Coordinate with the Design & Build Contractor, consultants and specialist subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural and MEP works. </li><li>Monitor construction progress and workmanship, identify quality deficiencies, issue observations and non-conformance reports (NCRs), and verify corrective actions. </li><li>Review mock-ups, material samples and prototype installations prior to full-scale implementation. </li><li>Attend site inspections, progress meetings and technical coordination meetings, preparing inspection reports and progress updates. </li><li>Verify completed works for interim payment applications and assist in the review of variation proposals related to architectural works. </li><li>Participate in snagging, de-snagging, testing, commissioning and final handover inspections. </li><li>Ensure all works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, contract documents, Qatar Construction Specifications (QCS), Qatar Civil Defense (QCD) requirements and applicable international standards. </li><li>Assist in maintaining project records including RFIs, site instructions, inspection requests, quality documentation and as-built records.</li><li> <ol><li><strong>General Responsibilities in Quality, Environmental & Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems </strong><ol><li>Aware of the QHSE Management System.</li><li>Understand the importance of conformance to the QHSE Policy and procedures and to the requirements of QHSE management system.</li><li>Aware of the Customer Requirements (where relevant).</li><li>Aware of the Significant Environmental Aspects and Occupational Hazards / risk in this area of operation.</li><li>Understand the potential consequences of deviations from approved procedures, specifications and safety requirements.</li><li>Aware of current Objectives and Targets in this area and what is the current status.</li><li>Aware of mergency Preparedness & Response.</li><li>Aware of Security Requirements, sexual exploitation and abuse or gender based violence.</li></ol></li></ol></li></ul> <p><strong>Part 5. <section><p class="heading jdMain">Job Description</p><p class="heading">Roles & Responsibilities</p><div class="paragraph"><p>The Senior Cybersecurity Certification & QMS Specialist is responsible for managing and continuously improving the quality management system (QMS) that governs cybersecurity certification schemes. The role ensures compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements while enhancing the efficiency, consistency, and reliability of certification processes. This position combines expertise in cybersecurity certification with strong quality assurance and audit capabilities, including conducting internal audits, managing documentation, and driving corrective and preventive actions. The specialist works closely with technical teams and stakeholders to maintain high standards of certification, support governance activities, and align processes with evolving industry frameworks and best practices. Key Responsibilities: Planning, implement, monitoring, improvement and maintenance of quality management system for the different schemes in NISCF. Ensure that the internal process complies with relevant national and international regulations, guidelines. Review the quality of technical content. Continuously assess and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the certification process. Oversee the documentation and record-keeping processes to ensure that all records are accurate, complete, and readily accessible. Ensure that the QMS documentation is up-to-date. Plan and conduct internal audits and reviews of the certification process to verify compliance with established procedures and to identify opportunities for improvement. Plan and organize scheme management review meetings. Review the quality of scheme documents i.e. manuals, policies, procedure, forms, templates etc. Implement corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformities and improve the QMS. Ensure that corrective actions are taken when issues are identified. Monitoring the changes of requirements (i.e. International Standards (ISO17021, 17024, 17065, 17025, 27006, 9001), National Standards) Assisting with the development of policies, standards, procedures and guidance based on audit findings Ensuring that the highest standards of competence and impartiality are maintained, and that consistency is achieved across all evaluation and certification activities; Possess a deep understanding of Common Criteria standards, Protection Profiles, Security Targets, Evaluation Assurance Levels (EALs), and related documentation Provide guidance and mentorship to CB team members Certifiers and evaluators, ensuring their understanding of the certification process and helping them with complex evaluations. Assisting with the development of policies, standards, procedures and guidelines. Make recommendations regarding certification at specific Evaluation Assurance Levels (EALs) based on extensive evaluation expertise and knowledge of the certification process.
