Role Description The Head Lifeguard is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, responsible for overseeing all lifeguard activities and ensuring a safe aquatic environment. Daily responsibilities include supervising pool areas, monitoring swimmers, enforcing safety rules, and responding promptly and effectively to emergencies. The Head Lifeguard will organize and lead lifeguard schedules, conduct regular safety briefings and drills, and ensure equipment and facilities are properly inspected and maintained. This role also involves supporting the independent swim coach during training sessions, coordinating with facility staff, and providing clear guidance to both swimmers and lifeguard team members. Production Planning & Operations Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily and weekly production activities. Ensure timely execution of cutting, polishing, edging, fabrication, and finishing processes. Monitor production output to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements. Optimize machinery utilization and minimize production downtime. Selection of material that is suitable and in sufficient quantity that can cover the project needs.2. Quality Control Implement and monitor quality standards for marble slabs, tiles, and customized items. Conduct regular inspections to ensure products meet company and client specifications.
