We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our Projects Team and support the successful delivery of restaurant development and fit-out projects.<br>The role will support the end-to-end development of restaurants, from an empty shell-and-core unit through construction, interior fit-out, MEP installation, kitchen and equipment installation, testing, commissioning, and final handover to Operations.<br>The successful candidate will work closely with Design, Engineering, Contractors, Consultants, Procurement, Operations, IT, Marketing, Finance, landlords, and government authorities to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with approved design and brand standards.<br>Key Responsibilities Assist the Project Manager in planning and delivering restaurant construction and fit-out projects. Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, trackers, action plans, and progress reports. Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, designers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor site progress, identify potential delays, and ensure timely corrective actions. Assist in setting up project specific cost control system based on company internal requirements and project (PMT) requirements. Including but not limited to cost databases and reporting templates/mechanism.
