Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Lead and supervise the Project Services team in delivering comprehensive Cost Estimation, Cost Monitoring and Control (including budget management), Planning and Scheduling, Invoice Processing and Monitoring, and Document Control services. Ensure all activities support the successful execution of projects on schedule, within budget, and in full alignment with project requirements. Promote and uphold the highest standards of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) in strict compliance with the QHSE Management System.<br><br>Required Experience And Skills<br><br>Minimum of 15 years’ relevant experience in the Oil & Gas industry with an IOC, NOC, EPIC contractor, or major Oil & Gas company, focused on large-scale project execution. At least 5 of those years must be in a Head or Lead Project Control Engineer role within an IOC/NOC or EPIC contractor environment. Proficient, hands-on experience with planning and scheduling software including Primavera P6, P6 Analytics, Primavera Risk Analysis, MS Project, MS Office, and SAP. Demonstrated expertise in Cost Monitoring, Cost Control, and Reporting processes. Proven capability in implementing industry best practices along with company systems, standards, and processes. Experience supporting the development of project execution strategies, engineering workflows, project management processes, and detailed project execution plans. Strong familiarity with activities related to engineering, procurement, fabrication, installation, commissioning, and start-up of major onshore projects. Possesses strong management, communication, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.<br><br>Educational Qualifications<br><br>Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline from a recognized university; a higher academic qualification is considered an advantage. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in planning and executing complex core banking data migrations, ensuring data quality, governance, regulatory compliance, and seamless integration with downstream systems. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, system integrators, technology teams, and vendors to deliver successful data migration from legacy platforms to Temenos T24 while minimizing business disruption. Key Responsibilities Data Migration Leadership Lead end-to-end data migration activities for Temenos Transact (T24) Core Banking Transformation. Define and execute the overall data migration strategy, roadmap, and implementation plan. Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables for the data workstream. Coordinate with business, technology, and implementation teams to ensure successful migration execution. ETL, Data Mapping & Transformation Oversee ETL design and execution for migrating data from legacy banking systems to Temenos T24 and peripheral applications. Define source-to-target data mapping, transformation rules, and validation processes. Ensure accurate migration of customer, account, loan, deposit, payment, and transaction data. Support integration with reporting, analytics, and operational systems. Data Governance & Quality Establish and enforce data governance standards and migration policies. Lead data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, deduplication, and quality improvement initiatives. Implement data validation, reconciliation, and quality control processes to ensure migration accuracy. He is also responsible to set a plan to define the phases to be followed during the implementation of the agreed upon IT projects.<br><br>Essential Duties & Responsibilities By Dimensions<br><br>Continuous Improvement: <br><br> Shareholder & Financial:Compare financial data for practice to that of other practices and seek ways to maximize revenue. Manage and achieve revenue goals set for projects. Implements KPI’s and best practices for VP IT Project Management Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank. Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent and delegate authority to the respective staff and monitor exercise of the same. Demonstrate clear understanding of the important factors behind the bank's financial & non-financial performance. Customer (Internal & External):Maintain relations with the project recipient for progress reporting and project evaluation. Develop full scale project plans and associated communications documents Collects metrics data(such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed) & reports on project progress and other project specific information to stakeholders To assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests. Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time. Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives. Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory):Define portfolio goals to be achieved and measurement methods to track the achievement of the benefits. Oversees and develops project managers, senior project managers on stakeholder management, requirements management, resource management, project planning and project tracking. Handle situation escalations and provides the management skills and guidance required to achieve breakthroughs and removal of road-blocks to progress. Assist in preparing strategies, policies, standards and guidelines of project management and control to deliver the projects assigned objectives within the limited resources, time and budget. Controls and monitors “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost(quality also)—in managing competing project requirements Handle multiple large and complex projects in parallel Effectively follow the Project Management Methodology while managing the projects Assist in creating project management methodologies for the implementation of all IT related projects within the Group. Approve the schedule of projects and work program of each project to be executed as per the budget and ensuring timely vendor selection/ procurement of equipment, hardware, software and various resources for the timely completion of projects. Direct the successful implementation of the project, including the restructuring of business processes and procedures to deliver efficient and effective operations while utilizing the capabilities of the new system. Review project design documents prepared by staff consultants and contractors and ensure they meet QNB and regulatory standards and quality expectations. Monitor the efforts of the project team to accomplish the project plan and take action as needed to resolve issues interfering with the successful completion of the project. Ensure that quality management is implemented in all IT processes. Conduct project risk analysis and maintain project risk profile. Identify, log, analyze and manage potential and actual issues and risks, and take corrective action by tackling day to-day issues head on, and review how more serious issues and risks might impact on scope, schedule, quality and cost. Assess the efficiency and the effectiveness of the project and system once implemented, taking appropriate steps to resolve any problems/ issue noted. Review and provide feedback on the performance of the project team and make recommendations as necessary. Set examples by leading improvement initiatives through cross-functional teams ensuring successes. Identify and encourage people to adopt practices better than the industry standard. Continuously encourage and recognise the importance of thinking out-of-the-box within the team. Encourage, solicit and reward innovative ideas even in day-to-day issues. Training courses and certification in systems technology, management and banking. About the job Project Engineering Lead (Warranty)
<p>Qualifications*</p><br><p>Bachelor's degree sciences or engineering.</p><br>
<p>Knowledge and/or Experience*</p><br><p>Eight (8) years' experience in multiple project functions and assignments, e.g., project management, engineering, construction, procurement, etc. in the Oil & Gas Industry, including one (1) year experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of contractor/sub-contractors/service/vendor personnel.<br>Minimum five (5) years' experience in Project Execution, with a strong background in commissioning and startup, three (3) years' experience in warranty coordination.<br>Proven experience with Warranty claims and resolution.<br>Experience with major and first tier EPC Contractors, Sub-Contractors and Vendors involved in the oil and gas industry.</p><br>
<p>Experience with regular LNG operations, Cause and effect and debottlenecking of operation unplanned downtime caused by DEFECTS.<br>Local experience is preferred.</p><br>
