In this capacity also closely coordinates with clients and third parties. </li><li>As a technical specialist, demonstrate, provide and develop appropriate technical solutions for specific piping design issues, in accordance with relevant industry or project codes and standards. </li><li>Proactively engages and interfaces with other disciplines and third parties to ensure delivery of work scope to meet project and client expectations </li><li>Produce, review, and take accountability for the accuracy of calculations, specifications and other piping deliverables to define the Piping and Plant Layout requirements of our projects. Execute the floating dock operations in accordance with the instructions provided by the Dock Master to ensure the safe docking and undocking of vessels as per the established schedule.<br>Identify the weight of the vessels, whether single or co-docking, to input the LCG data into the ADAC system before initiating the lifting process. Conducts pre-operation inspections 72 hours in advance of any lifting or lowering activities involving the floating dock. Continuously Monitor all the ballast tanks of the floating dock day/night and same is recorded. Manages the floating dock to maintain safe drafts while vessels in dock carry out ballasting / ballasting. Work closely with maintenance team and assist to deballast or ballast tanks and operate ballast pumps as per requirement during maintenance. Promptly informs the Dock Master and maintenance team of any irregularities or unusual alarms. Operates the trolley for centering vessels within the floating dock while simultaneously managing the lifting operations. Upholds workplace cleanliness to meet established standards and ensures proper use of tools and equipment to minimize wear and prevent breakdowns. Coordinate with site supervisors and ensure that gutter holes are open during the descent of the floating dock and securely closed after lifting is completed. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality protocols for a safe and secure working environment. Perform other related duties or assignments as directed by Supervisor. Employees should prioritize wellbeing of themselves and their colleagues while maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.<br>Qualifications:• Trade Apprenticeship / Secondary school Experience:A Minimum of 3 years experience as a Dock operator. Floating dock operations training will be advantage.<br>Working knowledge of English language Knowledge and experience in Shipyard or a similar facility. Knowledge in floating dock activities.

Control and monitor the ongoing projects with the Operations domains and ensure that these are adhering to the strategic project plan. Review and approve all enhancement of process / system quality certifications. Conduct development and re-engineering studies on identified processes, products or services for international branches.<br><br>Essential Duties & Responsibilities By Dimensions<br><br> Shareholder & Financial: Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs including TAT, errors rat, and service level agreement) for performance monitoring and quality measurement purposes for the transactions performed by respective Operations teams and monitor their achievement on periodic basis. Implements KPI’s and best practices for Vice President Quality Control role. Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent and delegate authority to the respective staff and monitor exercise of the same. Demonstrate clear understanding of the important factors behind the bank's financial & non-financial performance. Customer (Internal & External): Build and maintain strong and effective relationship with the all other related departments and units to achieve the Group’s goals/ objectives. Provide timely and accurate information to the external and internal auditors and the Compliance function as and when required. To assist customers in all their queries on Bank’s product and seek solution to their requests. Maintain activities in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with internal departments/units to achieve improvements in turn-around time. Build and maintain strong/effective relationships with related departments/units to achieve the Group’s objectives. Provide timely/accurate data to external/internal Auditors, Compliance, Financial Control and Risk when required. Internal (Processes, Products, Regulatory): Establish procedures for the safekeeping of all client documents where applicable, ensuring that documents are safe from theft/ damage and the environment and send it to the archiving store. Ensure all KYC and other regulatory requirements are met while reviewing operations transactions / activities and necessary records are available. Ensure employee training and development with Direct Supervisors are being conducted. Make sure to conduct Periodic meeting with Direct Supervisors. Ensure smooth running of day-to-day work, including strict adherence to policies and procedure. Ensure timely delivery of accurate data and performance reporting to the clients (where applicable) and to the management. Identify development opportunities and activities for staff and facilitate/coach them to improve their effectives and prepare them to assume greater responsibilities. Legal, Regulatory, and Risk Framework Responsibilities: Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal compliance requirements including, but not limited to, Group Compliance Policies and Procedures (AML & CTF, Sanctions Policy, Data Protection Policy, Fraud Control Policy, Whistle Blowing Policy, Conflict of Interest and Insider Dealing Policy). Understand and effectively perform your role under the Three Lines of Defense principle to identify measure,<br><br>monitor, manage and report risks.<br><br> Ensure systematic good outcomes for clients in accordance with Conduct Risk policy. All other ad hoc duties/activities related to QNB that management might request from time to time.<br><br>Education/Experience Requirements<br><br> Bachelor's degree University Graduate/preferred with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study) At least 12 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank / Minimum 6 years of experience in the banking industry with special emphasis on operations. Preferably, experience in the audit and control. Knowledge of the relevant regulatory requirements and best practices relating to Banking Operations. Knowledge of relevant KYC and other Anti-Money Laundering (AML) directives/ rules and regulations and best practices plus world check. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing in English and Arabic (preferable). Computer proficient (MS Office and bank applications) Independent and self motivated. Detail oriented.
