Join us.</p><br><br>Job Description<br><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><br><p>The MHS Project Manager / Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing the design, submissions, construction, testing and commissioning, and ORAT activities associated with the Material Handling System (MHS) for a major international airport project.</p><br><p>The role will provide senior-level leadership and coordination across the MHS contractor, project team, end users, stakeholders, and other relevant disciplines to ensure that the MHS is delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements, specifications, programme, quality standards, and operational objectives.</p><br><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><br><ul><li>Oversee the design, technical submissions, approvals, procurement, construction, installation, testing and commissioning activities associated with the MHS.</li><li>Manage and monitor the MHS contractor’s performance to ensure compliance with approved designs, contract requirements, project specifications, programme, quality standards, and HSE requirements.</li><li>Provide strategic and technical oversight of all MHS-related construction management team, consultants, airport stakeholders, end users, and other contractors.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical, construction, interface, programme, and operational issues affecting the MHS.</li><li>Oversee Testing & Commissioning (T&C) activities to ensure that the MHS meets the required performance, reliability, safety, and operational criteria.</li><li>Lead and coordinate ORAT (Operational Readiness, Activation and Transition) activities related to the MHS, ensuring operational readiness prior to airport opening and/or commencement of operations.</li><li>Monitor progress against the approved programme and proactively identify potential delays, risks, and critical interface issues.</li><li>Ensure appropriate coordination of MHS works with related airport systems, including baggage handling, building services, ICT, security, civil, architectural, MEP, and other operational systems as applicable.</li><li>Participate in inspections, factory acceptance tests, site acceptance tests, integrated systems testing, commissioning, and operational trials as required.</li><li>Ensure that construction and installation activities are carried out in accordance with approved HSE, quality, environmental, and airport safety requirements.</li><li>Review and contribute to risk assessments, mitigation measures, change management, and technical/commercial issues relating to MHS.</li><li>Organize, chair, and/or attend regularly scheduled project and coordination meetings with the MHS contractor, stakeholders, consultants, and project team.</li><li>Ensure effective follow-up and closeout of actions arising from meetings, inspections, testing, commissioning, and stakeholder reviews.</li><li>Support the project team through handover, completion, documentation, training, operational readiness, and final closeout of the MHS works.</li><li>Provide regular management reporting on MHS progress, risks, issues, interfaces, testing and commissioning, and readiness status.</li></ul><br>Qualifications<br><ul><li>Recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.</li><li>Minimum 15 years of professional experience working on large-scale and/or complex construction projects.</li><li>Minimum 10 years of middle/senior management experience on large international airport projects.</li><li>Proven experience managing MHS projects within major international airports, preferably involving complex passenger terminal developments.</li><li>Strong experience in managing specialist contractors, consultants, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary project interfaces.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in testing & commissioning and ORAT for airport systems.</li><li>Strong understanding of airport construction, operational interfaces, systems integration, and project delivery processes.</li><li>Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple POSITION OBJECTIVE<br><br>A assistant restaurant manager’s primary role is to manage and control the day to day restaurant operations<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br> Ensure that FOH and BOH staffs are familiar with the day’s requirement. <p>• Draft, format, proofread and coordinate executive correspondence, presentations, memoranda, invitations, reports and routine communications to a consistently high standard.</p><br>
<p>• Maintain structured filing, document naming, version control, signature routing and secure retention of executive records.</p><br>

<br><p>Stakeholder Access & Relationship Coordination</p><br>
<p>• Serve as a professional point of coordination for Board members, executives, investors, partners, government stakeholders, advisers, counterparties and portfolio-company leaders.</p><br>
<p>• Manage requests for executive access with discretion, responsiveness and appropriate escalation.</p><br>
<p>• Maintain accurate stakeholder and contact information and support dependable follow-through on executive commitments.</p><br>
<p>Confidentiality, Information Security & Judgment</p><br>
<p>• Handle confidential, privileged, commercially sensitive, transaction, financial, personal, employee and Board information with strict discretion.</p><br>
<p>• Apply approved access, storage, transmission, retention and disposal requirements to executive information.</p><br>
<p>• Exercise sound judgment when responding to sensitive requests and escalate uncertainty before disclosure or commitment.</p><br>
<p>Office Coordination & Administrative Control</p><br>
<p>• Coordinate closely with other executive assistants, the Chief of Staff, Office Manager and relevant corporate teams to maintain seamless executive-office operations.</p><br>
<p>• Maintain action trackers, recurring schedules, contacts, subscriptions, invoices, purchase requests, expenses and other administrative controls accurately.</p><br>
<p>• Support onboarding, events, visitors, office requirements and urgent assignments relevant to the assigned executive.</p><br>
<p>Process Improvement & Digital Productivity</p><br>
<p>• Identify practical improvements to calendar, travel, meeting, correspondence, document and action-management processes.</p><br>
<p>• Use Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, workflow tools and AI-enabled productivity tools responsibly, with human review and protection of confidential information.</p><br>
<p>• Maintain reusable templates, checklists and working practices that improve consistency, speed and service quality across Bridge Holding executive offices.</p><br><br><br><b>Additional Responsibilities 3</b>

<br><p><strong>• Executive Office Management:</strong> Strong understanding of executive-office routines, calendar governance, priority management, meeting coordination and administrative controls.</p><br>
<p><strong>• Governance & Meeting Support:</strong> Ability to coordinate agendas, papers, approvals, decisions and action tracking across executive and governance forums.</p><br>
<p><strong>• Business & Stakeholder Awareness:</strong> Ability to understand the assigned executive’s priorities, stakeholders and terminology sufficiently to coordinate accurately without assuming functional decision authority.</p><br>
<p><strong>• Confidential Information Management:</strong> Sound knowledge of secure records, access control, document handling, appropriate disclosure and professional discretion.</p><br>
<p><strong>• Executive Communication & Digital Productivity:</strong> Ability to produce polished communications and use collaboration, workflow and AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve speed, accuracy and follow-through.</p><br>
<p><strong>• Professional character:</strong> Exceptional discretion, anticipation, organization, composure, cultural awareness, attention to detail and personal accountability for reliable follow-through.</p><br><br><br><u><b>Job Experience</b></u>
<br><p><strong>• Executive support experience:</strong> Minimum 3 years of working experience, including at least 2 years of relevant executive-assistance, personal-assistance or senior administrative experience. One year of GCC experience is an advantage.</p><br>
<p><strong>• Complex coordination:</strong> Demonstrated ability to manage demanding calendars, international travel, confidential information, senior stakeholder access and high-stakes meetings across time zones.</p><br>
<p><strong>• Executive environment exposure:</strong> Experience supporting a C-suite executive, Board member or senior leader in private equity, investment, financial services, professional services, infrastructure or another international corporate environment is preferred.</p><br>
<p><strong>• Communication and technology:</strong> Excellent written and spoken English, advanced Microsoft 365 capability and strong drafting, proofreading, presentation, records-management and virtual-meeting skills.
