Job Summary:The role has the responsibility to lead and manage multi-disciplinary construction team and ensure that Execution of Projects is executed in an efficient and systematic manner and according to good engineering practices to fulfill the Company’s goals and objectives. The role holder will also act as point of reference and apply expertise to resolve problems escalated by the construction Engineers / project coordinators/Contractors or project engineers during Execution phase. Also provide constructability input to new plant / facility modification projects, engineering phase and drive for flawless project execution/ completion.<br>The role holder has a prime role in ensuring proper coordination within multiple trades and customers to achieve smooth and safe execution of projects on site. The role-holder is responsible for ensuring that resources are properly utilized for executing projects in the Projects Department.<br>Key Accountabilities:Plan, manage and organize the activities of the Section to ensure that project execution activities are achieved within the set time schedules, scope, specification, and cost.
