We are currently seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our Engineering Department as part of our continued operational development.

The Engineering team is responsible for ensuring that facilities, equipment, utilities, and technical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while maintaining high operational standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily engineering, maintenance, and technical activities.
• Lead and coordinate a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians, including task allocation and workload management.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to minimize equipment breakdowns and operational disruptions.
• Monitor the quality and timely completion of engineering and maintenance works.
• Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and on-the-job coaching to engineering team members.
• Identify technical hazards and equipment risks and ensure appropriate corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure engineering requirements and maintenance requests are addressed efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or team leader position within engineering, maintenance, facilities, hospitality, or a related environment.
• Strong knowledge of engineering and maintenance systems, including preventive and corrective maintenance practices.
• Good troubleshooting, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills with the ability to manage workloads effectively.
• Professional Engineer (PE), Chartered Engineer (CEng), or equivalent certification is an advantage.
