<p>Under broad direction: Supervises the day to day activities of Slickline service personnel and shop personnel to meet customer requirements. Employee may be involved in the hiring of crews and disciplinary action of those crews. Job primarily focuses on the personnel development of crews, through mentoring and on the job training, as well as ensuring service delivery excellence and customer satisfaction through process adherence. Mentors and assesses competence of Slickline Service Supervisors, Service Operators and Operator Assistants. The Service leader provides guidance on specific job designs based on downhole conditions as part of the Design of Service process. <p>Role Summary The Field Operator is responsible for supporting the safe and efficient operation of the plant by monitoring equipment, conducting routine inspections, recording operational data, assisting with process monitoring and maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with operational, quality, and HSE procedures.
