- Ensure injection molding machines operate efficiently and produce parts meeting strict quality specifications by monitoring cycles and parameters.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on molding machines and auxiliary equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct in-process quality checks, including visual inspections and basic measurements, to identify and address any deviations from standards.
- Safely and efficiently set up, operate, and shut down injection molding machines, including mold changes and material handling.
Desired Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in plastics technology or a related field is a significant plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience operating injection molding machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in understanding and interpreting technical drawings, work instructions, and quality control procedures.
