<p><strong>JOB PURPOSE</strong></p><p>The Risk Management Coordinator sits within the Project Control function and is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end risk management process on the project(s) — identification, qualitative and quantitative assessment, response planning, and reporting. overdue actions escalated promptly.</p><p>Integration</p><p>Risk-driven change events and cost/schedule impacts correctly reflected in the change register and forecasts, with no material disconnects.</p><p>Reporting</p><p>Risk reports, heat maps, and top-risk summaries delivered accurately and on time to the Project Manager and Steering Committee.</p><p><strong>EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Business, or a related field.</li><li>4-6 years of experience in project controls or risk management (planning/scheduling or cost control background is a strong advantage), ideally on EPC, oil & gas, or construction projects.</li><li>Working knowledge of quantitative risk analysis techniques (Monte Carlo simulation, schedule risk analysis, cost risk analysis) and risk management standards (e.g. ISO 31000, PMI Practice Standard for Project Risk Management).</li><li>Professional certification such as PMI-RMP, APM Project Risk Certificate, or IRM qualification is an advantage but not mandatory.</li><li>Experience with risk and project controls software (e.g. Primavera Risk Analysis/Pert master, @RISK, Active Risk Manager, Primavera P6, or equivalent) is an advantage.</li><li>Fluent English (written and spoken); Position Summary:
The position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Clinical and Faculty Affairs function including but not limited to managing the appointment, promotion, renewal, termination processes of WCM-Q and affiliated faculty members. Job Responsibilities:

Primary Purpose Of The Job<br><br>Undertake Reservoir Engineering studies of the Qatar Energy operated offshore Idd El-Shargi field to optimize field development plans as well as analyze reservoir and well performance data, decline curve analysis, pressure transient analysis and material balance. Prepare reservoir surveillance programs and conduct reservoir management activities. Prepare detailed/integrated development plans for underdeveloped hydrocarbon resources and participate in interdisciplinary reservoir study teams.<br><br>Principal Accountabilities<br><br>Perform advanced horizontal wells PTA interpretation such as deconvolution, multi-layer reservoirs and double porosity systems, using noisy and incomplete buildup and falloff data sets. Construct/update dynamic black oil and compositional reservoir models for field development planning. Perform the annual reserves review and generate long term production/injection forecasts for business planning and drilling/workover schedule. Contribute and integrate reservoir engineering inputs into the short term (drill/replacement well projects, workover projects and drilling/workover operations), medium term (reservoir voidage management) and long term (field development and asset value optimization) activities. Identify target reservoir(s) layers and determine well-reservoir contacts for new/replacement vertical/deviated/horizontal drilling projects into multi-layered heterogeneous reservoirs to optimize field development.
