The Manager of HSES must be able to apply an understanding of the industry to improve effectiveness, provide guidance, and influence processes and policies for the HSES discipline as well as identify and resolve technical, operational, and organizational problems that impact effectiveness. The Manager HSES impacts the level of service and the HSES team’s ability to meet quality and timeliness objectives. This position reports to the Chief Commercial & Investment Officer. The role carries a clear mandate to set up the function from the ground up covering its operating model, service catalogue, standards, delivery team and commercial positioning and then to lead and scale it into a recognized center of expertise for listed and prospective issuers.<br>The Head of Issuer Services and Investor Relations acts as the exchange's senior authority on disclosure practice, shareholder communication, investor targeting and sustainability reporting, and works directly with the leadership of listed companies to lift the standard of engagement between Qatari issuers and the domestic and international investment community.
