<li>Liaise with the HSE Supervisor on safety related matters. Act as a safety leader.</li>
<li>Reporting to the Discipline Construction Lead/Senior Construction Supervisor on main issues, events at site, progress reporting, trends and recommendation for improvement.</li>
<li>Assist functional supervisor in reviewing and / or approval of Construction documentation, including Method Statements, JHAs, MARs etc., and attend HSE Walkthroughs.</li>
<li>Supervise all EPIC contractor's Static & Rotating equipment inspection & installation activities are based on approved engineering documentation and project schedule during the execution of construction activities.</li>
<li>Attend Requests for Inspections (RFIs) as per approved ITPs including Material Receiving Inspections in coordination with Lead Construction Supervisor and sign off relevant inspection and test reports / RFIs.</li>
<li>Ensuring the quality of manufacturing and erection works, dimensional accuracy and orientation, accessory and inline items installed in the correct orientation and material design specification.</li>
<li>Lead the construction contractor(s) on all mechanical aspects of the Static and Rotating Equipment installation works.</li>
<li>Supervise with EPIC contractor during execution of the Static (including internals) and Rotating Equipment installation, FAT, alignment Inspection, Punch Clearing, pressure testing, pre-commissioning and Re-instatement at site.</li>
<li>Manage and lead final mechanical completion inspections and punch closing.</li>
<li>Supervisor the Pre-Com activities to ensure safety and the quality of the completed work.</li>
<li>Lead the inspection activity with Vendor/Supplier at Site whenever required.</li>
<li>Participate in PSSR and provide support to Operations pre & start up activity where instructed.</li>
<li>Co-ordinate mobilization of contractors on site.</li>
<li>Carryout daily checks on contractor's staff and work carried out during the previous day in order to ensure compliance with prescribed contractual specifications.</li>
<li>Good knowledge in reading and understanding P&ID, GA, Associate structural drawings, Equipment Layout & mechanical drawings and Manufacturer manual/Recommendations.</li>
<li>Maintain a daily record of progress (daily diary) noting special comments. Reports to Snr Supervisor work anomalies or contractual deviations committed by contractor personnel and recommend corrective actions.</li>
<li>Participate in development of as-built drawings/documentation.</li>
<li>Accountable for supervising contractor's work that is in progress, inspecting work, reporting problems and preventing accidents occurring as a result of negligence, by enforcing safety standards on the work site.</li>
<li>Liaise and report with the QA/QC Inspector on quality related matters.</li>

<li>Candidate Must possess a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from an internationally recognized University.</li>
<li>Preferably having formal training in QA/QC functional aspects.</li>
<li>Candidate should have a minimum of 10 years overall experience in static and rotating equipment installation, including inspection coordination experience in the construction of midstream / downstream Oil & Gas facilities.</li>
<li>Experience as an EPIC Contractor supervisor is essential. Experience as a Client or PMC supervisor is preferred.</li>
<li>Current experience in State of Qatar industrial cities and/or other GCC countries is required.</li>
<li>Extensive knowledge of international and industry specific codes & standards, including ASME, ANSI, ISO, API, NFPA, SHELL DEP's, etc. Mechanical inspector certificates (API 510 & API 653) would be an advantage.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in coating systems and procedures, incl painting, galvanizing, wrapping, insulation, Refractory Lining etc. BGAS / API certification would be an advantage.</li>
<li>Extensive experience in Static and Rotating Equipment Installation, FAT, Alignment, Inspection, punch list clearing, pressure testing, pre-commissioning and mechanical completion inspections, etc.</li>
<li>Tie-in to live facilities, including testing and integration to existing systems,</li>
