The engineer will design, develop, and optimize HVAC systems for commercial, industrial, and large-scale ventilation projects, ensuring energy efficiency, safety, and compliance with local and international standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing HVAC designs and layouts, performing heat load calculations, selecting appropriate equipment, and creating detailed CAD drawings and documentation. The role also involves supervising installation and commissioning, diagnosing system issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and coordinating with project managers, contractors, and clients. The engineer will regularly review system performance, recommend improvements, and contribute to continuous enhancement of CVSAIR HVAC solutions.<br>Qualifications<br> Candidates should possess strong skills in HVAC Engineering and comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and principles. Candidates should possess skills in HVAC Design, including system sizing, heat load calculations, and equipment selection. Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for preparing technical drawings, schematics, and layouts. Candidates should possess experience in Maintenance & Repair of HVAC equipment, with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize system performance. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field. Experience in commercial or industrial HVAC projects, preferably in ventilation-intensive environments. Familiarity with relevant international standards and local building codes; knowledge of energy efficiency and sustainability practices is an advantage.
