We are seeking an experienced Rolling Stock Overhaul Supervisor to lead and supervise the overhaul and maintenance of rolling stock components including bogies, couplers, gangways, doors, HVAC systems, and other related equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the daily production plan, ensuring all overhaul activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with approved maintenance procedures, railway standards, and HSE requirements. The role will also drive productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and the development of a high-performing maintenance team.<br>Qualifications & Experience Essential Diploma or equivalent qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Railway Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in rolling stock maintenance, overhaul, railway, metro, light rail, or a similar industrial environment. Minimum 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience. Strong technical knowledge of rolling stock overhaul practices and maintenance procedures. Good knowledge of CMMS, maintenance management software, and Microsoft Office applications. About the Role In this role, you'll be the go-to person for maintaining and supporting distributed SCADA systems built on AVEVA System Platform across multiple tunnel sites. You'll help ensure continuity, stability, and compliance—directly contributing to the safe and seamless operation of one of Qatar's key infrastructure networks. Display basic knowledge or ability to acquire knowledge in the following categories: air conditioning and refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, pneumatic/electronic systems and controls, carpentry and finish skills, kitchen equipment, vehicles, energy conservation, and/or general building. Perform all surface preparation, painting, minor drywall and wood trim repair, light bulb and A/C filter replacement and the complete and thorough cleanup of the painting or repair area.
