Develop and/or review instrumentation deliverables (I/O lists, instrument index, control philosophy, cause & effect diagrams). Support procurement and technical bid evaluation for instrumentation packages. Review vendor documentation, participate in FAT, and support loop checking and commissioning activities. Coordinate with control system, DCS, and PLC vendors as required. Ensure compliance with QatarEnergy instrumentation specifications and relevant international standards. Troubleshoot instrumentation and control issues arising during construction and commissioning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s Degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent Minimum 7 10 years Oil & Gas experience Experience in instrumentation design, installation, testing, and commissioning Experience with control systems and field instrumentation
