<br></span><p>The Lead Estimator is responsible to generate and manage construction cost estimates, valuation of
engineering work and budgets. Provide estimates, budget control and studies for projects and potential projects
during business development, pre-construction and construction phases of a project and across all scopes,

<li>Maintain close liaison with members of PMT Engineering teams and alignment with the Engineering Division Manager on project engineering needs, objectives, and requirements.</li>
<li>Ensure execution of work is technically aligned and in compliance with LNG operations, policies, standards of business conduct and LNG Project Management System as applicable.</li>
<li>Provide support to PMT in areas related to technical bid evaluations, qualifications, and experience of engineering companies;</li>
<li>Ensure usage of appropriate design tools, including computer hardware and software; adherence with all project objectives, requirements, specifications, standards, procedures, execution plans and design verification processes.</li>
<li>Assess and validate engineering contractors and third-party consultants (as applicable) capability in providing all contract documents, progress measurement and reporting and recommends additional technical support to address gaps.</li>
<li>Facilitate engineering schedule and related milestones, provides data (study reports, narrative, charts, graphs, change management recommendations and recovery plans to address any schedule delays) for monthly progress and stewardship reporting.</li>

<li>Reporting to Head of Construction, the Construction Specialist is responsible for managing the material & preservation activities, including protection of all project materials from preparation stage to ensure objectives are safely met within the approved scope, budget and schedule.</li>

<li>Manages and ensures successful execution of Topsides structures fabrication project components to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule, and others, as appropriate).</li>
<li>To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the material & preservation to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.</li>

<li>Experience with Oil and Gas companies, contractors, service companies, or heavy construction companies.</li>
