<p>Provide mechanical engineering support to offshore operations and maintenance in day-to-day troubleshooting including Level-2 complexity Issues and PM/CM activities as per maintenance strategies. Initiate eMOC's which require studies, support engineering in feasibility study and Implementation of EMOC recommendations to the asset instrument team. Provide input to Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) team for improving system maintenance strategies, participate and contribute to Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA's), risk screening, Risk Based Work Selection (RBWS), Formal Risk Assessment (FRA), Bad Actor Analyse, Risk Assessment and Equipment Strategies Reviews/Optimization to ensure the compliance of technical requirement. Develop discipline specific budget and provide inputs to the department budget. Support close collaboration with Offshore Maintenance, Workshop, Engineering and Project Management dept. for the timely close out of outstanding maintenance activities and the process review and development of maintenance procedures. Support activities undertaken by contactors, consultants and service providers. Execute the maintenance quality verification program. Provide in house technical trainings to asset maintenance team as a part of technical competency program. Conduct technical evaluation of material initiated for procurement including routine, non-routine and shutdown activities to ensure availability of right quality and specification of the material. Collaborate closely with obsoletion management team for the effective and efficient resolution of the obsolete item for critical equipment.
