Job Title: HR Officer – Medical Center
We are currently seeking a proactive and experienced HR Officer to join our growing medical center in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, probation, contract preparation and renewal, and employee exit procedures.
* Maintain accurate employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
* Handle employee relations and provide day-to-day HR support to staff and management.
* Prepare HR letters, employment certificates, and other official documents.
* Draft and manage professional email correspondence with employees and external parties.
* Ensure compliance with Qatar Labor Law and company HR policies.
* Coordinate leave management, attendance records, and other HR administrative functions.
* Liaise with government entities when required and assist with HR-related documentation.
Skills
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably in a medical center, clinic, or healthcare facility.
* Strong knowledge of HR processes and employee relations.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and professional email communication.
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
* Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
