<p>Accountable to ensure that department assigned field projects lifting engineering, coordination, plans, offshore mobilization etc. are conducted in accordance with approved Scope of Work, drawings, engineering design and safety, environment and standards & specifications. Oversee and provide guidance/advice to contractor on all offshore heavy lifts and subsea installation activities to ensure that they are performed as per approved method statements complying with project schedule, quality, and material requirements. Manage and guide the contractor during engineering, review, comment and approve contractor's construction engineering documents in PDMS. Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university.</li><li>Admission to practice law in a recognized jurisdiction is required.</li><li>A postgraduate qualification or master's degree in commercial, corporate, construction, or real estate law would be an advantage.</li><li>Minimum of seven years of relevant post-qualification legal experience.</li><li>Experience gained within a recognized law firm, property developer, real estate organization, retail mall, hospitality company, or diversified corporate group is preferred.</li><li>Previous legal experience in
