???? Welcome to Your Next Adventure!

In this position, you will work and collaborate with operations managers, fleet and dispatch teams, data scientists, backend engineers, and business stakeholders in a cross-functional setting. Your core function as an Operations & Logistics Data Analyst is to turn delivery and logistics data into actionable insight that improves how orders move from merchant to customer. You will own the metrics that define operational health, such as delivery time, on-time rate, courier utilization, dispatch efficiency, and cost per delivery, and you will use them to diagnose bottlenecks, forecast demand, balance courier supply against order volume, and recommend changes that make the last mile faster, cheaper, and more reliable.

???? What You’ll Get Your Hands On

Collaborate with operations, fleet, dispatch, product, and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions that improve delivery speed, reliability, and cost. Define, monitor, and report on the core operational KPIs, including delivery time, on-time rate, courier utilization, idle time, dispatch and assignment efficiency, and cost per delivery. Analyze and interpret complex operational data sets using statistical techniques and provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insight. Investigate operational bottlenecks across the order lifecycle (acceptance, preparation, pickup, transit, drop-off) and recommend targeted improvements. Build demand forecasts and support capacity planning so courier supply is matched to order volume across zones and time windows, including peak periods. Analyze geographic and zone-level performance to inform coverage, courier allocation, and last-mile strategy. Design and maintain dashboards and visualizations that give operations teams real-time and historical visibility into performance. Stay up to date with industry trends in logistics analytics, dispatch optimization, and last-mile delivery to keep our capabilities competitive. Identify areas of opportunity, guide teams in designing complex operational features, and mentor junior analysts in a collaborative environment.

????♂️ The Magic You Bring

A bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, such as data science, statistics, mathematics, industrial engineering, operations research, supply chain, or computer science. At least 5 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain analytics, preferably in a fast-paced delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace environment. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R, as well as experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience working with geospatial and time-series data (e.g., zones, routes, ETAs, demand by hour and location) and comfort with mapping or spatial analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insight from large, messy operational data sets. Effective communication skills, with the ability to translate operational data into clear recommendations for non-technical stakeholders such as fleet, dispatch, and city operations teams. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to identify and correct errors in data. Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, real-time operational environment. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse, cross-functional team.

✨ Bonus Points If You Have

Proven experience in food, grocery, or parcel delivery services. Familiarity with dispatch, routing, and batching logic, and with the levers that drive last-mile efficiency. Demonstrated causal analytics skills or a full understanding of causality (e.g., measuring the true impact of an operational change rather than correlation). Experience modeling delivery unit economics at the transaction level (cost per order, courier payout, subsidy, delivery margin) and aggregating it reliably across time, cohorts, zones, and other dimensions. Familiarity with demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply-demand balancing for a courier fleet. Exposure to optimization or operations research concepts (assignment, routing, queuing) and to data processing pipelines and data engineering basics. Familiarity with machine learning techniques and experience contributing to predictive models such as ETA prediction or demand forecasting.

Inside Snoonu’s Universe

Snoonu is Qatar’s homegrown Super App, reinventing daily life with blazing-fast delivery, shopping, and more – all in one place. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role supporting the delivery and continued development of the Command Post (CP) platform, with particular focus on GRC, Privacy, AI Governance / AI Ops, presales and platform support. We are looking for someone who understands governance and compliance in practice — not simply someone who can quote frameworks. You should be comfortable working with customers to understand their requirements, translate them into controls and workflows, configure technology to support them, and demonstrate how governance can become an operational capability rather than a spreadsheet exercise. What you'll be doing GRC & Risk- Support implementation and configuration of CP's GRC capabilities.- Work with customers on risk registers, controls, assessments, exceptions, remediation and compliance programmes.- Support implementation and mapping of frameworks including ISO 27001, ISO 42001, NIST CSF and other regional/international standards.- Help customers link assets, vulnerabilities, risks, controls, exceptions and remediation activities into an integrated governance process.- Assist with third-party risk, compliance evidence and audit-readiness activities. Experience with AI governance, privacy technology, GRC platforms or security automation would be particularly valuable. The person we're looking forhis role will suit someone who is:- Comfortable working across both consulting and technology- Confident engaging directly with customers- Able to take ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions- Curious about emerging cybersecurity and AI risks- Comfortable working in a fast-moving product environment- Able to translate regulatory and governance requirements into practical solutions- Interested in helping build and shape new capabilities rather than simply operating an established product Why Command Post? Purpose We are looking for a commercially driven customer lifecycle expert to join the OFTI as Customer Value & Lifecycle Manager. In this role, you will own the end-to-end customer journey — from onboarding and first transaction to wallet adoption and cross-sell — designing the strategies that turn single-use customers into loyal, multi-product users of the respective markets of OFTI. You are the architect of customer value management, retention and revenue diversification for OFTI.
Remittance is today's revenue engine in some of the markets and requires evolving customers into active wallet users — generating revenue through cross-sell into cards, micro-lending, and lifestyle services. In the new markets it will require ensuring multiple use cases are adopted from the get-go. The Customer Value & Lifecycle Manager operates across Qatar, Oman, Tunisia, Maldives and future markets, sitting at the strategic centre of this transition and ensuring the business is systematically maximizing the lifetime value of every customer relationship.
Context Ooredoo Fintech (OFT) is a fast-growing scale-up on a mission to empower people and businesses across the MENA region with innovative financial solutions. Backed by the strength and heritage of Ooredoo Group and driven by a passionate team, we deliver secure, intuitive money tools through our brands: Ooredoo Money, walletii, and m-Faisaa, serving users in Qatar, Oman, and the Maldives. Working with us presents a unique and exciting opportunity to make a difference and be part of a revolution where we are leveraging financial technology to provide accessible, empowering tools.
Role Accountabilities Define and own the customer lifecycle framework across all OFTI markets — mapping the journey from acquisition through activation, engagement, and cross-sell, with clear commercial KPIs at each stage. Build and maintain Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) models to identify high-value segments, predict churn risk, and ensure commercial investment is directed to the highest-return opportunities. Design data-driven lifecycle campaign briefs for the central marketing team and country teams, ensuring all campaigns are audience-targeted, journey-sequenced, and tied to measurable revenue outcomes. Lead the commercial strategy for wallet adoption — developing incentive structures, activation triggers, and multi-product propositions that shift customer behaviour from single use-case user to regular wallet engagement. Identify and size cross-sell opportunities across the product portfolio, building the commercial case for each revenue stream with P&L projections and conversion modelling. Monitor and report on lifecycle KPIs (D7/D30 retention, product attach rates, dormancy rates, cross-sell conversion) across all markets, producing actionable recommendations for the stakeholders. Oversee and manage the commercial budget, ensuring that financial resources are strategically allocated across lifecycle triggers to maximize ROI and lower the cost-of-retention. Partner with central marketing and local market teams to architect the commercial calendar, ensuring campaign sequencing is optimized to drive long-term Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) and portfolio health. Rigorously evaluate the performance of ongoing initiatives in collaboration with local & central teams, validating that engagement activities have materialized into the expected revenue growth and measurable customer stickiness.
Experience Experience: 5–8 years in customer lifecycle management, CRM strategy, or customer value management within Fintech, Banking, or Telecoms, with a demonstrated track record of driving retention and cross-sell outcomes. Lifecycle & CRM Skills: Proven experience designing and executing lifecycle programs that deliver measurable improvement in retention, engagement, and cross-sell conversion rates. Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of consumer financial products economics, including digital wallet revenue models, remittance, and consumer lending P&L.
Minimum Entry Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a strong plus.
Personal Profile Adept at navigating a matrix organization, demonstrating the professional maturity and interpersonal agility required to drive alignment and high-velocity execution across diverse cross-functional and regional teams. Customer-first thinker with a strong revenue orientation — able to connect user behaviour patterns to commercial outcomes and build a compelling case for investment. Strong storytelling and brief-writing skills to influence marketing and product teams who do not report directly to this role. Comfortable operating across multiple markets with varied cultural and regulatory contexts, adapting strategies without losing commercial rigour.
