The Planning Manager is responsible for overseeing project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities across the Company’s various projects. The role ensures that project programmes are properly developed, maintained, and monitored and that potential delays, risks, and schedule impacts are identified and reported in a timely manner. The Planning Manager will work closely with Project Managers, Construction Managers, consultants, contractors, and senior management to ensure effective project controls and successful delivery of projects within the required timelines.<br><br>Key Responsibilities Develop, review, and maintain detailed project programmes, master schedules, and baseline schedules for multiple projects. Establish appropriate Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project milestones, activities, sequencing, and dependencies. Review contractors’ baseline programmes, revised programmes, recovery schedules, and programme updates. Monitor project progress against approved baseline programmes and identify delays, slippages, critical activities, and potential schedule risks. Perform critical path analysis and assess the impact of changes and delays on project completion dates.
