Role Purpose: The Commercial Lead owns end-to-end commercial performance of the Flagship distribution business in Qatar, covering both Organized Retail (OR) and Independent Retail channels. The role is central to executing the Qatar go-to-market strategy, activating retail and dealer channels ahead of major product launches, managing the relationship with the brand principal, and building the operating structure that supports sustainable growth of the flagship portfolio. The role carries P&L accountability for this business line.<br>Key Responsibilities:<br>Own the commercial P&L of the Flagship distribution business, tracking revenue, margin and cost against plan. Act as the primary point of contact on commercial terms, stock allocation, target-setting and business reviews. Proven experience managing collections related to tenant receivables, lease agreements, rental income, service charges, and retail leasing portfolios. Minimum 10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role overseeing collections within mall, retail, or commercial real estate environments. Demonstrated success in managing relationships with retail tenants, anchor tenants, F&B operators, entertainment operators, and corporate clients. Strong understanding of retail leasing, property management operations, tenant billing, and revenue recovery processes. Experience developing and implementing collection strategies that improve cash flow, reduce aged receivables, and minimize bad debt exposure. Proficiency in ERP systems, financial reporting, collections analytics, and advanced Excel. Excellent negotiation, dispute resolution, and stakeholder management skills. Solid knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to collections, contracts, and tenancy agreements within the GCC. Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional certifications in Credit or Finance are an advantage. Experience with major shopping mall operators, retail asset owners, property developers, or mixed-use destinations is highly preferred.<br>Preferred Experience07+ years of experience in Collections, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Revenue Management. Prior experience supporting large-scale commercial assets, retail destinations, shopping centres, mixed-use developments, or diversified real estate portfolios. Responsible in handling, Controlling and planning construction project and oversee their progress along the way in a timely and cost-effective manner and while evaluating Key Performance Indicators.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists; hire full-time and part-time subcontractors and laborers and coordinate their schedules. Respond efficiently and effectively to work delays, emergencies, and other project disruptions. Provide directions to general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors when doing groundwork to ensure that quality standards are being met. Monitor planned activities that are happening in a sequential manner. Managing & controlling all activities from the beginning up to the completion of projects. Attending project meetings, inquires with the current and potential clients for business development. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory. Monitoring the production schedule to ensure on time project completion. Projects coordination with the factory, sites and clients. Provider leadership and guidance whenever it is required. Review the work progress on daily basis. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status. Educate the team whenever it seems that the empower it requires.
