From the Welcome Ceremony to Family Dinner through to Storytelling and Sunday Sunset Sessions, Our Habitas seek to provide a new kind of hospitality where they bridge the gap between old-world luxury and experiential-first travel.</p><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>2-3 years of experience as a Bartender or Beverage Service professional, preferably within a luxury hotel, resort, fine dining restaurant, premium bar, or high-end hospitality environment.</li><li>Strong knowledge of luxury beverage and bar service standards, cocktail preparation, presentation, and guest service expectations.</li><li>Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, mocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver personalized, attentive, and efficient service.</li><li>Good knowledge of beverage ingredients, preparation methods, garnishes, glassware, and presentation standards.</li><li>Ability to prepare cocktails and beverages consistently while maintaining quality and service speed.</li><li>Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced bar and dining environment while maintaining service quality.</li><li>Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and guest billing procedures is an advantage.</li><li>Understanding of responsible beverage service, food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.</li><li>Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout the operation.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a remote resort environment and adapt to changing operational requirements.</li><li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage.</li><li>Strong teamwork, reliability, creativity, and a positive service-oriented attitude.</li><li>Commitment to maintaining luxury service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.</li></ul>
