The Butler Supervisor is responsible for maintaining service excellence, handling VIP guest requirements, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring all butler services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with brand standards.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Supervise and support the daily operations of the Butler team to ensure exceptional guest service</li><li>Lead, coach, and motivate team members while maintaining luxury hospitality standards</li><li>Ensure personalized service is delivered to all guests, with special attention to VIPs and long-stay guests</li><li>Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Concierge, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences</li><li>Monitor room readiness, amenities, and special guest requests prior to arrival</li><li>Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring timely resolution</li><li>Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, suites, and butler service areas to maintain quality standards</li><li>Assist in training, onboarding, and performance development of Butler colleagues</li><li>Prepare work schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor team productivity</li><li>Maintain accurate guest preference records and service documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and brand standards</li><li>Support management in achieving departmental goals, guest satisfaction targets, and continuous service improvement</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Candidate Profile</strong></p><p>Diploma or bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred</p><p>Previous supervisory experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or upscale hospitality environment</p><p>Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills</p><p>Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities</p><p>Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering personalized guest service</p><p>Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment</p><p>Proficiency in hotel property management systems and Microsoft Office applications</p><p>Knowledge of Forbes Five-Star or similar luxury hospitality service standards</p><p>Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage</p><p>Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays</p>
