Key Responsibilities:<br>Lead the end-to-end tendering and estimation process. Review tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions. Assess project risks and support bid/no-bid decisions. Develop accurate cost estimates covering materials, equipment, subcontractors, and manpower. Manage and mentor Estimation Managers and QS teams. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure competitive and profitable bid submissions. Provide project handover support to project teams after award .<br>Requirements:<br>Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum 8 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role. GCC experience is an advantage. Strong expertise in estimation, tendering, cost management, and contract documentation. Experience with EPC, construction, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects. Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Office, and SAP/ERP systems preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
