Act as the Company's representative and primary point of contact with the Client regarding construction progress and site activities. Serve as the Company's representative in all interactions with subcontractors. Manage and supervise the construction team on site. Prepare and issue daily and weekly progress reports to both the Company and the Client. Lead daily coordination meetings with subcontractors and the Client, particularly during shutdown periods when close coordination is required. Coordinate and monitor subcontractor construction activities, including planning, progress tracking, resource allocation, and execution. Ensure that all HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures are properly implemented and adhered to on site. Ensure compliance with QA procedures and oversee QC activities to maintain the required quality standards.
